Thank you for the enlightenment about the Tree of Life. In Christianity, the Tree of the Knowledge of the Good and Evil is the focus, the fall of man. This Tree of Life should be our main focus. I have been giving and expanding, and lately contracted. So, it is a natural to expand and contract. I feel relieved that I am within the boundaries of normalcy.
What if the tree of life has been with us since the Garden of Eden? What if God left us a riddle in this action? The tree of life was said to produce a different fruit each month of the year (Gods calendar, not the julian calendar). my idea is that the answer may be found in modern botany technique of grafting. some strains of trees can be cut and successfully grafted together so they would live in symbiotic symphony and all share the same root system. Therein lies the stone fruit family. a single tree trunk capable of receiving 12-14 different branches all onto the same "Tree" and with out coincidence, bear fruit all year round. WHAT IF?
@ , Yes, the Tree of Life was also in the midst of the garden. Each branch bears different fruit each month. The tree was already designed by God in that manner. Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden so they cannot eat from the Tree of Life. Their condition after eating the tree of knowledge of good and evil was no longer perfect. If they eat the fruit of the tree of life, their condition will be forever defective as a result of eating from the other tree. He did not say that progressing from malchut (bottom) to Bina and Keter is eating the fruit of the tree of life. To me it is spiritual growing, not eating the fruit of the tree. Your thoughts?
