Btw, I love that you have a resource in Dr. Veronica for her fabric. I would recommend asking an older family member if they have any African fabric or dashiki's from back in the 60s or 70s. I think it would be a fantastic subject for a meaningful conversation. While I no longer have my dashiki, my mom had hers. (It's in storage right now, but I absolutely plan on using part of it. Great memories!
I just discovered your channel this morning. I have been binge watching all morning. This pair went in a different direction than I thought. after pulling the hole together with the needle and thread, I thought that was a really interesting shape but then when you ironed it, I didn't understand why you went through that cutting the hold process. Was it to add interest to the fabric design? Well, I did like the end result. I think I'd try something without ironing and see where that leads. I love your channel. I have not only subscribed, but have sent it to a couple of artist friends.
Good Afternoon lishol7 welcome thank you for taking the time out to watch subscribe and share this platform with your friends. I appreciate it. Those earrings I really enjoyed making the cutting and ironing was to give the earrings a pleated look. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
Beautiful I love you videos. I think I've seen you use gorilla glue,6000 and heat gun is there a difference--how do you decide which one to use. God Bless. Thanks for sharing
