What is the difference between hay and haylage? I can't even spell it lol. I have looked it up but I can't find anything on the differences. Please help! Also love the videos, especially these kind of vlogs
Hay is normally cut when grass is mature and left to dry out in the field before being baled, and left unwrapped. Haylage tends to be cut slightly earlier in the season and is left to wilt for a short period of time in the field before being baled and then wrapped in several layers of plastic wrapping :)
I’m 9 I’ve owned a horse called Peggy but she died and I had a pony on loan but I don’t anymore and I part loaned another horse but he died I have been riding since I was 3 years old as my sister owned a horse but he died

@@lpieps4711 it can be higher in nutrients but it depends on what quality hay and hay large you buy but it’s usually higher in sugar :)
