My instructor says: You often lose your boots in the mud, feel like you’re going to freeze to death, in the supermarket you smell so bad people let you in the front of the que but, you wouldn’t change it for the world ❤️ and I agree! As annoying as it is we love it and wouldn’t change a thing about it 🐴🤍

Oh my god.. GIRL!!! A lot of stables here get the ground treated and layered so the ground doesnt get muddy. I recommend it for you! your mud is so bad holy cow!
I got a new horse yesterday and I'm so excited! She's a 2 1/2 year old Gypsy vanner quarter horse cross. Me and my sister are super excited to work with her. We probably brushed her for two hours after we picked her up. Her name is Jeanie. I love her so much already.

Half the time your videos make me desperate to own my own horse. The other half of the time, I'm so glad I'm indoors, warm and just watching haha.

Georgia, last Christmas I got my wellies stuck in the mud and had to walk back 20 minutes to my house by myself in my brand new fluffy socks full of mud and thorns... I had to run through a cows field in my feet caked in mud ON CHRISTMAS 😂😂😭😭😭

Put your waterproof trousers on the outside of the wellies. Stops socks getting wet and stuff going down your boots xx

Babe, consider installing a paddock with all-weather footing with good drainage. Or consider moving to Wellington Florida for the Winter. It's like Disney World for horses!
My horse has been off work since December due to having a couple of abscesses and has been on box rest for 3 weeks! Can't wait for spring and summer!
We are exactly the same in Yorkshire, knee deep in mud! We usually post videos about our trail rides

"If you can still bend your arms, it's not enough layers and you need to start again" lmao what a legend. So accurate Georgia, especially over here in Canada where our winters are Siberia esque... Although I'm sure the cold is annoying in England too. Any cold weather is a hard pass for me aha.

You can actually escape the mud,but you would have to invest,which in a way is worth it, I mean it is for the animals best. Would you like to stand in mud all day?
Basically dig up an area around and inside the shed,then basically layer it with gravel and some kind of fabric to make it dry for them,they would get a dry spot during the mud season. Talk to a proffesional who knows about draining. It's basically like making an arena.
Sometimes you have to put yourself in the horses shoes,would you like to stand outside all day in the mud and have to eat standing in it?
I have the exact same requisite(?) jacket and I love it it’s so warm and light, I wear it everywhere (if it’s not dirty) because I doesn’t look like a horse jacket 👍🏻

A tip for you if you leave your horses rugs on them if there wet they will dry rlly quick but if you take them off (for me anyways ) they take weeks to dry. But if that works for you keep doing that but I know it’s horrible trying to take there wet rugs off so I hope this helps xx

I wouldn’t even bother turning them out 😂 I think I’d rather put them in the arena 3 times a day for a leg stretch. I’m so lucky where I am we are on sand so absolutely no mud. I wear trainers all year round! I really don’t envy you! x

I'm a sheep cow hens dukes and I on 1 dunkey farmer I live in Ireland and most of my fealds are floded and I spend nearly 10 hours working on the farm in the winter

We had a pony camp one day and a girl come in a pair of trainers and she lost her shoes in the mud and then we had to lift her back 😂

The worst is when you need to bring 3 horses in and only 1 comes to the gate so your like ok the other 2 will come up but no!!!!!! Then you hike down there with 2 halters to get them both then you can’t find one of the horses then you just get one of the horses and then as soon as you get to the top the other horse comes up then you get back to the gate and there gone like went all the way back down to the bottom. Lol 😂 😂
