In uk at least goat meat is rarely consumed other than in caribbean, asian and african cuisine.
It is inexplicable because it is tasty. As for aponkye nkrankra, people travel miles to famous chop bars in Ghana to enjoy it.
Cant be beaten, very simple but quite delicious.
This has to be near the top of anyone's bucket list 😂
I also like this simple innovative idea of using, banana leaf as a sustainable, disposable food preparation surface

If we accept polygamy, I think it's only just and balanced to allow polyandry also.
