  • Vanessa grew up in a Messianic Jewish home, but she struggled with her identity. After spending time in Israel, her understanding of what it means to be Jewish and a follower of Yeshua began to deepen and she called out to God to confirm her place in His will. He answered her in a miraculous way!

The Apostle Paul (formerly known as Saul of Tarsus) wrote about half of the New Testament; and he was a faithful and devout Jew his entire life, including after he accepted Yeshua as Messiah. Shalom.

The first thing Yeshua did was blind Saul physically for a few days 😂 that way, when Saul received his sight he would also have the physical experience of the gift he was being given (to actually SEE MESSIAH!!!! AS A JEW!!!!).

And Paul the Pharisee, that studied under Gamaliel, and was a persecutor of Christians, he held the clothing of the men that stoned Stephen the first Jewish martyr. Paul the zealous persecutor of Jewish Christians made a 180 degree turn to Paul the Apostle after meeting Jesus.

The early martyrs who gave up everything and defied Rome and the Sanhedrin were Jewish. Imagine the conviction they felt to throw all of that away and follow Yeshua and ultimately lose their lives doing it. Jews are taught to question and debate. The fact they still gave up all of their worldly possessions to follow Yeshua gives credence that Yeshua, singularly was the most important person in world history.

Isaiah 53 the suffering servant? This is about Israel and has nothing to do with Jesus.
      See Isaiah 44:1, 44:21, 49:3
Psalm 22 in Hebrew : For dogs have encompassed me; a company of evil-doers have inclosed me; like a lion, they are at my hands and my feet.

@@nickfink2472 Jesus is the true Israel. How do we know? Because He's the one who was faithful. The nation of Israel wasn't faithful. If the Old Testament tells you one thing, it's that!
"God will provide Himself a Lamb," Abraham said, and that's Jesus! Abraham had faith that God was even able to raise Isaac from the dead, from which he received him back figuratively. THAT's the faith that saves: faith in the God who raised our Lord Jesus from the dead. That's the True God and that's the faith of Abraham.
Joseph was rejected by his brothers and they threw him into a waterless pit, but God raised him up to be the saviour of the same ones who had rejected him...
The LORD passed over and spared all the Israelites who were in homes that had the blood of the Passover lamb on their doorposts and lintel. But He slew the firstborn of all Egypt, which did not have the blood marking their homes. And this led immediately to the deliverance of Israel from slavery in Egypt. It was a picture of the sacrifice of Christ, the Lamb of God, whom John the Baptist proclaimed (and all the Jewish people regarded John as a prophet), whose shed blood atoned for our sins and propitated the wrath of God so we can have peace with God, the gift of righteousness and eternal life, and make our exodus from slavery to sin.
The prophecy of Isaiah that says, "A virgin shall be with child and shall call His Name Immanuel," further shows that the Son of God is not the nation of Israel as a whole but the Messiah--who would be born of a virgin. And virgin is the correct translation here because we are told in the same verse that this would be a MIRACLE and a young, unwed woman becoming pregnant is not a miracle or even uncommon, sadly. "For unto us a child is born, a son is given. And He shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."
And the Temple was destroyed in 70 AD as Jesus prophesied, making true Judaism impossible to practice. Talmudic Judaism is man-made. The premise that Moses received a separate, oral law is made up out of necessity (because the leaders had misled the people to reject Christ) and not true. When in history the written law was set aside and became lost, the people became apostate. When it was rediscovered by Hilkiah the high priest and King Josiah had it read aloud before him, he tore his clothes and wept because he knew that great was the wrath of the LORD against His people because they had forsaken the LORD and worshiped other gods and provoked him to anger with the works of their hands. As it is today.

And as he sat upon the Mount of Olives, the Talmidiym came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world? MATTITHYAHU (MATTHEW) 24:3 את CEPHER
Which also said, Ye men of Galiyl, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Yahusha, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. Then returned they unto Yerushalayim from the Mount called Olivet, which is from Yerushalayim a Shabbath day's journey. MA'ASIYM (ACTS) 1:11-12 את CEPHER
Then shall Yahuah go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which is before Yerushalayim on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the Negev. @@theconvert1 Lies they were judged and governed by the Sanhedrin just like the Samaritans. They weren't Roman either. They were ethnically and religiously Jewish who went to the 1st century temple.

    • @J4RMAMS
      @J4RMAMS Рік тому

The fact modern Jews don't respect them and call them heretics is another story, but their immense faith and dedication cannot be questioned. They willingly chose to give up the safety under the Sanhedrin and expose themselves to the Romans and the Sanhedrin. Where they were jailed, beaten, murdered, crucified, and skinned alive. 90% of the early church elders were all 1st century Temple going Jews. They weren't Roman, Persian or Greek. They were ethnically Jewish who were followers of Yeshua. They were either psychotic or had a true conviction from what they saw and heard from Yeshua to willingly throw all of that away. For Jewish Roman people like Saul to give up persecuting his own people. There must have been compelling reasons for him and the rest to do so. The fact is you can't recognize and respect these Jews. It's honestly sad. But I bet you respect Khaballah and all that mess. Yeshua came from the House of David. And he is the most important and consequential Jew in human history. Only Jews don't recognize it. When every tongue and nation confesses to Jesus Christ, Christ is Lord and will reign forever and ever. Jews have always gone astray and refused God's commandments and guidance. This has always been part of the dynamic relationship between his chosen people and their relationship with Adonai El Shaddai.

@@J4RMAMS Nonesense! A messianic Jew these days is a christian. If a Jew believes in Jesus they crossed the line religiously from Judaism to Christianity. Messianic Jew is just a code word for Jewish Christian. But I am done talking about this.
