Or u could use a wooden pressure plate on a wooden fence post instead of a slab, it'll fly a bit farther. And u can place 2 solid blocks (stacked on top of each other) on both sides of the slab/pressure plate so that the TNT's trajectory doesn't curve to the side as much.
Shaders; Complementary Reimagined. You need to tweak the settings to make the game look like that. There are many PBR packs similar to the one on the video so I don't know that one.

Just a little tip to speed up filling containers in creative: If you fill one up and press ctrl + middle mouse it saves the items in the container!

The tnt stock must be really big, but it takes ages to reload and takes too much resources just to load it up.
