Typically, they set up roadblocks near nightclub areas around 2 am to catch some drunk drivers, or they might hide at intersections to spot drivers illegally changing lanes over solid lines. Thats it. Other than that, you can do whatever you want. I mean, you can't do much anyway because of the traffic lmao.

Then go north and see more JDM in San Fernando, hot hatches like Golf R and GTI/ Focus ST and RS/Hyundai Veloster N and Elantra N/Civic Type R and SI in Santa Clarita plus more German cars there, too, and lifted trucks in San Bernardino area. US has a huge variety in car culture.
