    Embrace the Tiget and Return to Mountain
    Start: Horse Stance, Hands cross in front of Chest, Right hand on outside
    1: Sink into Left foot
    2: Hands lower, Left hand on top, Palm up
    3: Right foot Steps in
    4: Hands Open, Right hand to hip, Left hand to Shoulder
    5: Right foot steps straight back, Heel first
    6: Right Foot pivots towards back corner
    7: Right hand pushes low, Left hand pushes high
    8: Shift into Right foot, left foot pivots to walking stance
    Diagonal Pulldown, Press and Push
    Start: Right walking stance, right hand in front of right hip, left hand in front of left shoulder
    1) Turn slight to the right, right hand comes up in front of right shoulder
    2) Left hand comes to right elbow
    3) Shift into left foot by folding the left leg and turn body to left
    4) Hands push straight down on the left side
    5) Right arm comes up in front of chest parallel to floor as left hand circles to right forearm
    6) Shift into right foot as turn back to the center, arms pressing forward
    7) Arms open outward and pull down into back foot by folding the leg
    8) Hands pull inward to the chest
    9) Shift forward into front foot as hands push forward
    Diagonal Single Whip
    Start: Right Walking Stance, Double hand push
    1: Shift into back leg
    2: Turn to left
    3: Right hand hooks: Crane Fist
    4: Turn to the right
    5: Shift Into Right foot
    6: Right hand pulls in to the chest
    7: Left foot cat stance as turn to face corner
    8: Right hand Crane strike
    9: Left foot steps to the left corner
    10: Shift into Left foot
    11: Left hand circles up to left shoulder and pushes outward
    12: Shift forward and right foot pivots to walking stance
    13: Right hand open to right side chest high
