Hi guys, sorry I didn't indicate spices in use in some of the dishes. I mostly use the same spices in almost all my meals. These are: paprika, garlic powder, garam masala and royco. For chicken I add chicken masala, beef I add curry powder. For all that have soup I add, dark soy sauce and corn starch ( the milky liquid you see). Hope this helps.

Hi Mercy.. 3 plates for 3 adults in the house🤷♀️ and obviously for presentation. kids food might need to be cut into small pieces, thus why I don't show every time I serve. My house manager serves their plate once I'm done cooking. Check my previous vlogs
