    ✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐤𝐢 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤:
    * Bottle Gourd(लौकी) - 600 Gram
    * Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
    * Milk(दूध) - 1/2 Cup
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
    * Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1/2 Cup
    * Milk Powder(दूध पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
    * Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
    * Rose Petals(गुलाब की पंखुड़ियाँ) - For Garnishing
    * Silver Vark(सिल्वर वर्क) - For Garnishing
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐢 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤:
    * Paneer(पनीर) - 200 Gram/1 Cup
    * Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
    * Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 3 Tbsp
    * Ghee(घी) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Pistachios(पिस्ता)
    * Dried Rose Petals(सूखे गुलाब की पंखुड़ियाँ)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞:
    * Curd(दही) - 1 Cup
    * Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 3/4 Cup
    * Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
    * Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Vanilla Essence(वनीला एसेंस) - 1 Tsp
    * Oil(तेल) - 3 Tbsp/6 Spoon
    * White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Cup
    * Yellow Food Color(यलो फूड कलर) - Some Drops
    * Water(पानी) - 1-2 Spoon
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤:
    * White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Cup
    * Salt(नमक) - 1 Pinch
    * Ghee(घी) - 1-1.5 Tbsp
    * Water(पानी) - As Required
    * Oil(तेल) - For Frying
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠:
    * Almonds(बादाम) - 10-12 Pieces
    * Cashew Nuts(काजू) - 10-12 Pieces
    * Ghee(घी) - 1 Tsp
    * Poppy Seeds(खसखस) - 1 Tbsp
    * Dry Coconut(सूखा नारियल) - 1 Cup, Grated
    * Nutmeg(जायफल) - Some
    * Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Jaggery(गुड़) - 4-5 Tbsp
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐤𝐢 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤, peel the Bottle Gourd. Then grate, squeeze, and drain out the water. Keep the pan on the flame, add Ghee & grated Bottle Gourd & roast for two minutes. Then put Milk in it gradually. Cover & cook for a while till it gets dry. Then add Sugar & stir it continuously. Put Desiccated Coconut, Milk Powder, and Ghee & cook well. Then take it out on a plate & spread it well. Make Modak and garnish with Rose Petals and Silver Leaf.
    𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐢 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤, take ground Paneer, add Milk Powder and some Powdered Sugar. Keep the pan on the flame, put some Ghee, and roast it well on a slow flame for 5-6 mins. Then sprinkle Pistachio, Saffron, and Dried Rose Petals and mix it well. Then keep it in the fridge for cooling down and then make Modak.
    𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞, Take a big bowl & put Fresh Curd, Sugar Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vanilla Essence, Oil, White Flour/Maida, Yellow Food Color and Water. Cover and rest for 30 mins. Bake the Cake in the pre-heated pan for 40 mins till the toothpick comes out clean. Take Fresh Malai and sugar Powder. Mix well & cover the cake with it. Then Decorate with crushed Boondi Laddoo and dry fruits.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤, roast Poppy Seeds grated Dry Coconut, finely chopped Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Nutmeg & Cardamom Powder & roast them all well. Then put grated Jaggery, mix well, and keep aside. Take White Flour/Maida, a pinch of Salt, and ghee & bind the tight dough by using Water gradually. roll it and then fill the filling in the center and give the design as shown in the recipe. Fry them in the heated oil until they get golden in color. In this way, Potli Modak will get ready without Sugar.
