Not sure what format video youre playing, your PC could be struggling when scrolling through the video and thats the best you get. If you use a more condensed file size like h264 it will probably play better. Haven't encountered this problem exactly but I work with a lot of raw footage files and that struggles to playback efficiently before being compressed. PS - love the mount and blade music
