I just made the cucumber again fresca u put a little pineapple and mint in blender with cucumber strained then added lemon and stevia drops... omg liquid sunshine
I began juicing and eating fruits like these 2 times a day and salads with avocado as my amino acid due to health issues. In one month I lost 30 lbs, My skin cleared up and I got my kidneys to filter! That was 1 1/2 years ago and kept the weight off since I continue to eat like this. Oh and let me say, I had painful arthritis on my right thumb. It was curved forward and locked in place. It was so painful. But after eating these fruits within 6 months the pain disappeared and my thumb straightened out to its natural position.
So let me tell you, you may not be fully aware of how powerful and regenerative the fruits are, but the power in fruit is incredible if you eat them or drink them on a daily basis. That's why God created them. They're the best thing for us!
You did a wonderful job with this video. If you like, you might want to try agave sweetener.... But I rather eat or juice them in their own natural state ❤

@@AverageBaconOnUA-cam I ate any fruit I was in the mood for, my favorite is watermelon and lime juice with a squeeze of lemon or lime and celtic salt.
I ate salads, with cucumber, onion, and avocado as my protein with a a squeeze of lime and avocado oil.. Amino acids. But I must be honest,
It took me a few cheatings before I got back on track... Its not easy at all, but it is worth it!!!!

Ninja is the way to go. I've had Oster, Black and Decker, Kitchen Aid, and Hamilton Beach and I've broke them all. Only reason I had to replace my Ninja was a house fire. I came here originally for the watermelon fresca, for ideas to get rid of watermelons in our garden if we get overwhelmed with them. Staying for the other recipes I've seen today.

I love Sadona .... when my dad was alive. They were Utah Snowbirds!!!!! Lived in Ariz in the Winter. I loved to go to Sadona load up on Mexican Vanilla. The best! The last time I got so much between my family getting it all for me. We flew that year! All my luggage was stolen. My new Mexican blanket ... tons other things.... but the Mexican spices (peppers)and limeon salt and Vanilla!!!!!why!!! I was just sick!!!!!!!😭 I’m still sad about it!!!
