The entitlement is so real. I get the same thing at my job and when they ask for my name I give them my card. They don't want to take accountability for them being late. They should have been on time and that is their fault not yours. You handled that so well and they try to take you out of character. Keep doing your thang.

Oh well at them missing their flight! It’s 3hrs international 2hrs domestic to be at the airport!!! For this very reason why I go by this RULE! Anyone that’s Caribbean flying back home is there 5-6 hrs prior to the flight!!! We don’t play!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
