I noticed there was a poster for London on the hallway wall that Melanie and Ben are walking down. The thing is Snowpiercer (to my knowledge) does not run through the UK. I could be wrong but my theory is that the Marauders take over Snowpiercer and switch to another track which leads to London. For example the Euro Rail. This track goes underground and under the sea in parts. This would explain why Melanie shouts “We’re going underground”. Also the Euro Rail was mentioned briefly in season 3 by Alex when she is talking to Carly. This may have been foreshadowing. I’m not sure that Snowpiercer would fit in those underground tunnels however. Just a theory :)
There is no main track through the UK but Wilford probably build a secondary track through London just in case if the main track was compromised somehow.
Great video! I personally thought that the big tent behind Andrea is a big clump of dead or withered trees and bushes. Plants are alive in new Eden after all because there is green plant matter on the ground behind him :)
P.S. The animal skulls on the heads of the Marauders are a reference to the Villains in the Snowpiercer graphic novel ‘Terminus’ who use the same symbol and have similar outfits. The writers probably took inspiration from these villains and they will probably have the same goals in the show as the novels:)
can anyone enlighten me? i notice that the series didn't cover the idea of the worlds military using nukes to warm the planet back. i am aware the aftermath will be wasteland, neither safe to inhabit. but didn't they even attempted to target strategic location to counter the effects of the CW-7? or have i just completely missed that part in the series?
They didn’t know about the full effects of CW-7. They thought it would only cool the planet a little bit not set off a new ice age. The world governments were probably too busy covering up their asses from their mistake when they obviously rushed the CW-7 project, something Wilford and Melanie figured out and had like 250-500 extra cars added to Snowpiercer since there was no other way. The world governments didn’t want to admit their half ass plan failed because it would’ve made them look bad.
FrostRider when you said there probably camping at the missile that is the bubble car it has the same layout I forgot what episode it was it was season 2 when winne went into the bubble car.

But that doesn’t mean it’s the same thing for the series. Icebreaker still (probably)won’t appear in the series.

Yeah, I’m a little rusty on my French so I’ve avoided reading the graphic novels.
They have English versions out I definitely recommend them if you like the show and the movie
