Bhai service center me toh bolegaa ki ap rpm ko kam rakho .. but actually me 2000 ka rpm hi company se set hoke aata hai , mere scooter me 2000 hi aaya tha and i feel ye best kaam karta hai .. issme pickup aur starting ekdum shi rehta hai .. baki agar mileage ka kahu toh koi fark nhi padta hai idle zaada rakhne se .

Bhai mixture rich hoo gya hai uss case me bhi engine miss karegaa coz fuel zaada hoo jaayegaa .. waps se engine jo start kar ke as per video set karna , idle rpm ko 1000 se 1500 rpm rehne dena.
My Honda grazia at low speed 20-30 vibrates a lot at handle especially at 27 and 28 speed
Check your cvt belt and also its bearing which helps in changing the belt tension in various rpm .. local machnic will do it for cheap.

Spark plug adapter aur spark plus check karo bhai .. agar spark plug le tip pe brown coloration hai toh ander afr ratio shi hai .. but agar spark plug ke tip k color black hai aur aas pass ring me bhi zaada hi black hoo rha hai , then in that case apka air fuel mixture kaafi rich hai rich means petrol ka quantity zaada hai aur air kam hai .. apko iss case me carburettor se setting karna hai , ye koi bhi bhar machnic kar dega .. thoda uss machnic se hi karwaiye ye kaam jisko thoda idea hoo carburettor ka aur spark plug reading ka ..
Mere engine ka rpm 1100 set hai aur engine hilta rehta ... Sathi hi pickup ki time pe vibrate karta hai aur engine sound ruk ruk ke chaal ta hai aur hilta rehta hai..... Mechanic ni bhi thk se set nehi karke dete hai... Bahot muskil mai hai... Apki video dekne ke bad laga ye to rpm aur oil mixing set hi nehi hai..

Bhai apke sparkplus adapter aur usske wire me rusting ho sakti hai .. usske wajay se proper spark nhi mil rha tabhi gaadi fuel aache se burn nhi kar paa rhi .. spark plus aur sparkplug adaptee aur usska wire check karwao aur fir se saaf kar ke laga lo sab theek hoo jayegaa bhai 😇

Please ap fir se video ko follow kar ke , retune kariye , i feel apne apke AFR mixer screw ko zaada turn kar kiya hai , jisse petrol already zada jaa rha hai engine , uss case me choke ineffective lagegaa.

Try buying from service centre , i m sure you will find the part ! Otherwise try scrap market ..there you will find it for sure buddy 🤗

Bro ye koi galat baat nhi hai .. ki aisa hoo rha .. coz mere scooter me bhi hota hai aisa , but main cheez ye hai ki start hone me dikkat nhi hona chahiye . Aur agar scooter choke pe start hoo rha hai morning me araam se toh koi dikkat ki baat nhi hai .. baaki jab bhi engine thoda garam hoo jaayegaa tab agar choke ap on karoge toh uss case me engine rpm low hoo sakta hai and that happens because of air fuel ratio getting rich , which means petrol ka zaada hoo jaana compared to air .. vo burn nhi hoo paata aur engine sluggish hoo jaata hai but yahi rich mixture morning ke time me apke scooter ko start hone me help karti hai aur ussko wear n tear se bhi bachati hai .. 🤗

I feel laga sakte hain .. but donno engines same hi hain , ecu me fuel map bhi same hain , unlocked rpm ka kuch farq hoo sakta hai bas .. aur utna tez ap kabhi chaloge nhi scooter ko , ki vo gain apko feel ho .. .. plus ecu sasta part nhi hoga for sure .

Bhai air filter clean kar lo , spark plug ki wire , aur spark plus donno hi check kar lo , baaki ye make sure karna ki gaadi me apnke 10w30 grade ka scooter oil pada hoo , agar isse mote grade ka oil hoga toh gaadi heat hogi aur average nhi degi , baaki end me carburettor reset karwa lo kisi jankankar machanic se..agar apki gaafi bs 4 hai toh ussme carburettor hoga .

Air filter clean karwao , accelerator cable ko check karwao ki vo block toh nhi hai , handle ghumane ke time pe , choke cable bhi blockage ke liye check karwana , jab ye sab shi nikle ya agar kharab nikale toh change karwane ke baad fir se carburettor ki setting karwana aur idle rpm ko 2000 set karwana . Spark plug ke wire ko bhi check karwa lena ussme bhi rusting aati hai , coz neeche hi hota hai.

Apka tyre pressure ko aage 22psi aur peeche 30 psi rakhiye , baaki air filter clean karwa ligiye usske baad carburettor ka setting karwa ligiye , vibration ka problem solve hoo jayegaa , saath me engine ke chasis se jude hue bolts ko check karwa lena kahi loos toh nhi hain .. agar tab bhi vibration feel hoo rha toh ask your machanic to adjust you tappets usske baad paka apke ye problem nhi aayega

@@LetsLookInside mene try kiya tha apnee andaje se par galat lag raha tha abhi aapke kehne se sahi lag raha hai.
Mera activa hai usme factory settings 1-7/8 turn batata hai par muze 1 turn pe hi sahi setting mila. Isliye thoda confusion tha.
Kal pakka try karunga scooty pe, gaadi bahot acccha chalta hai ye setting pe. Ekdum smooth no vibration. Par mileage khali 40 ka deta hai. Lekin agar usko 1-1/4 karu to 54 ka mileage deti hai par engine vibrate hota hai. What you think about it.

My Grazia is vibrating very very much ..less like a roadways bus. I'm not getting the joy of riding because of that...service centers are not able to restore it..how can I restore it..Also,it is not moving until rpm reaches 3000.Until 3000 it only sounds but don't move Is this pickup problem..please help
Get your CVT belt and rollers checked for wear n tear , replace your the required parts , plus set your idle rpm at 2k.

@@LetsLookInside the choke is working inversely..the rpm decreases on opening the choke & the engine gets off in 2-3 seconds..This happened after I gave it for service..now what can I do to fix it
Get your choke wire checked for rust and blockage , I feel your choke is not properly getting closed , which leads to more fuel then what is required , hence makes the mixture rich which leads to engine overheating. Also please clean the airfilter and get your carburettor retuned. This will for sure work wonders for your scooter bro 😇

Gear oil change karwa lo , air filter change karwa lo ya saaf karwa lo , usske baab spark plug ka adapter aur wire check karna rust aur short ke liye , agar sab shi hoo toh plug ko clean kar ke wapas install kar do , then carburettor ko retune karwana kisi aache experienced bande se. Engine oil ke use only 10w 30 grade oil , agar possible hoo toh gulf ka use karna sabse best wahi hai , aur idle rpm ko 2k pe set karwana. Hopefully apki saari problems usse shi hoo jayenge.
