Since it was flagged I’ll go ahead and say 2/2 on “very nice jokes” today. Well done boys.
That Everlast welder says it all. Money was tight and name brand wasn’t in the budget! I have AHP and it was green or yellow. But I already had a blue.
Yuma Az here. Same as Christian but I’m doing hot rods.
Some of the most legendary trucks came from a wet spot next to the driveway , built with some general and borrowed tools .. but u guys are definitely blessed with a full shop style garage out back .. whoot whoot
Wings World, Party Time, Excellent
You guys are killn' it with another Awesome Video & like you said "It's not the size of the tool, it's how you use it!" Thank you for sharing.
Love it man. Honestly helpful. Thank you for useful non bullshit information
Another scorcher boys ! Lots of guys think you need to be Kibbe or Morgan Clarke stacked with tools to make it happen! Thanks for the basic overview y’all
Two angle grinders... One with a flap disc, and the other with a cut off wheel. I used to get tired of switching back and forth
yep! That is what we have been doing recently as well
Another killer Video Guys,,,Great Content again
Hell yea the boys dropping that knowledge
Wow, really surprised about that 3/8 impact gun. I have both, and always used the 1/2 for lugnuts….I’ll see how my 3/8 works next time!
Loves y’all’s content!
Those little dewalts are nice cheap grinders
You guys are pretty spot-on on everything you say good job🚛🚛💀💀😎😎
Really hard to disagree with the angle grinder. They're so useful, they're one of the few tools I allow myself to own more than one of. I only have 2 right now, but am debating a third. So I have cut off wheel, stone disc and a flap disc one. Really cool walk through. I'm at another stage gate in my "career" where I'm on the threshold of adding to my tool box. The merits of what you were talking about certainly are helping guide me where I want to go.
Love the content. I'm glad you all are back. As I was laughing, I looked down and realized I was wearing my Wings World shirt. I've worn it to the metal supply store and a dude with a Ranger that works there recognized it. Keep up the great work from Shifts and Grins Fabrication in AZ
That is so rad! Thank you for the comment
Always interesting seeing what others use. Thx guys
Hey guys, I'm looking for a bit of advice. I'm planning on going to a welding school here soon to pursue a new career in fab world. Mind you, that I'm a 32 year old man that has 2 violent felonies. So, my options are slim as far as getting a decent job working for someone else is concerned. I'm heavily mechanically inclined and am currently working on a 02 f150, that I'm planning on making into a street prerunner if that makes sense. But, what I wanted to know is what would be the first thing I should learn and get the hang of before pursuing my own little biz in the fab world after getting certified in welding?
ah snap. I'm late. My bad. Thank you for this video. I'm planning a prerunner project and have only very basic tools. GREAT video for me.
awesome video thanks guys!
What disc sander/belt sander are you guys using?
Angle grinder 101 🤣😂 welldone guy learns lots from you
Awesome video fellas. I appreciate what you guys are doing.
Thank you!
Fckin good shit homies!! Been watching yalls videos! Hoping to start on my truck soon!! Using yall for inspiration!!
Great video!
thank you!
smooth moves
Cool.
@Wings World why would someone want to run a short course link set up instead of a traditional link set up? Does it have to do with matching travel in the front?
did i miss the notcher?
Christian: Any of that type of shiii….. stuff. lol😂
Ok what's the word. 3/8 or 1/2" impact wrench? I am going to get one eventually not sure which way to go. Will take in my tool bag when off roading too.
👍
Hey, I’m getting ready to pick up a jd bender and a miller 211, on the 211 that you used were you running it on 110 or 220?
We have always used 220 for the welders!
What hydronic system is that?
Certified Rippers only
you know how it is
🤙
👍💯✌️
Which die did you start with for your bender?
1.75" ! That is what the majority of the tubes on the F150 are. If we were to cage it again we would likely use 2" on a lot of the main tubes though.
More videos please
🤘🏼👽🤘🏼
Just out of interest what size is that Dewalt grinder
Looks like a 4-1/2"
4 1/2 is pretty standard.
@@vagabondroller thats what i thought it just looks bigger on the video
@@reaperwayne yessir 4.5" !
Now that you mention it, it kinda does. Good thing the man himself verified
Tape measure?
Shout out to pops and moms ehh. He'll yeah brother
Can y’all please share secrets on how to get kings on the cheap lol
not many secrets honestly! Best bet would be to go to offroad swapmeets or check online ads (race dezert, offerup, instagram, etc.). You can sometimes find very good deals on used or new/never used shocks in those places.
What kinda cad software are y'all running?
SolidWorks
So uh, what Mexican restaurant did you steal that cup from? That cup + crushed ice makes any soda 10x better.
