- WHAT'S UP SQUAAAAD? Aye, don't laugh at my quarantine look lol at this point, I really don't eem much care no more.
But anyway, I hope that you guys are well and in good spirits. Please make sure that you're taking care of yourselves. I think that's what I'm mostly worried about with the SQUAAAAD at this point. It's so many things going on that we can't control but, that's something that we can control.

It is a sad state of affairs at this time. The entire world is faced with living a new normal. I have experienced some things in my lifetime that I have seen God bring us through. This also, he will see us through. Nothing is constant but change. For your mental health, we must adapt. Pray often and without ceasing. He knows our every need and desire. If Spring Intakes doesn't happen and its your desire to be a member of an organization, it will happen. Not when you want it, but in His time. He's an on time GOD!! I know two Sorors in my organization who were expecting to pin their daughters this Spring. I know its devastating to come so close to a dream come true and then its snatched from you. Its just a dream deferred. Hold on everyone, HOLD ON!!!
I’m an advisor for my chapter , we thankfully were able to have induction for new members unfortunately they will not have a neophyte presentation on their campus since the school is closed for the rest of the spring semester .... I have seen a lot of different chapters from different orgs revealing their new members via IG/FB ..... I feel bad for all of spring 2020 but the well being of everyone has to come first.... hopefully they will be able to pick up where they left off in the fall for those who had not completed their intake process ....

Thank you for this video!! I’m definitely keeping my health a priority. But I would be lying if I didn’t say I’m a little saddened by this. I was in the process of building a great connection with a Grad Chapter... Paid for sponsorships for one of their biggest fundraisers along with purchasing attire to attend an event. It know that everything happens in perfect timing so maybe things will pick up where they left off a little later in the year. Thanks again for the video...

So sorry this happened to you. My sister was initiated in my Grad chpt in FA'19. She had been pursuing for a few years. Hope it will be soon for you.
My organization had to condense the intake by one week and anyone that hasn’t started will complete intake in the fall.
Makes sense.

Is membership for undergrad contingent on having a sponsor ?
You would need to look at the application requirements for that particular organization. Some undergrad orgs require sponsors while some do not.
