    I'm in about 2-1/2 weeks and my heartburn and indigestion is completely gone. Sourdough bread used to cause heartburn and does not anymore while taking SEED. My stomach feels great almost 100% of the time and I've tested foods that previously caused problems and even alcohol. So far, so good. Highly impressed.

    I have major Candida/yeast/mold issues. And Seed has helped me a TON! I was on antacids that killed all my good gut bacteria and I couldn’t eat hardly anything (14 foods total). Seed helped me get back to eating everything. And it is the only thing that keeps me from getting chronic yeast infections. Never going off Seed ever.

    I was looking for a non sponsored and skeptical review, I appreciate you posting this. This all seems pretty mild, and the company has been around for a few years with (from what I can find) mostly positive anecdotal reviews. I think I’ll give them a shot, my gut hasn’t been the same since the pandemic lol. I am curious about why the study that began in 2020 hasn’t had its results published but I don’t know much about how long these studies take to conduct

    The refund is unfair. You are supposed to give it time to work. If you quit before the 30 days, then you don’t know if it’s actually doing good or doing bad. I would always attempt to do some thing for at least 2 to 3 months before making an educated decision. I think that is poor judgment on their part.

    The company is excellent the refunded me when I order an order by mistake after they send me an order, and when , my order got damaged out in the rain! Great customer service! It’s been a game changer for me my stomach and bowl movements! And if you don’t want it every month you go in your account and set you own date when you want it! I take one a day so it lasts two months! And I set my own dates when to ship! It’s excellent!!!

    I have taken Seed for a couple years now. I do admit to forgetting to take it for a few weeks & noticed that overall I felt more sluggish. It then dawned on me that I hadn’t been taking it. Knowing that I unfortunately had a small stockpile of capsules, the company does give you the option to change the date of shipment(so I delayed it for a couple weeks). I have recommended it to friends/family(I am not connected to the company in any way) & will continue to do so.

    Thank you Joe for this review. My goal is to get a medication to clear my intestines and improve bowel movement. Should I buy seed probiotic or should I buy synogut? • @Omars17
      @Omars17 Рік тому +1

      @@JoeCannon1 I intermittent fast everyday. I eat healthy like bananas and dates on an empty stomach. I stay away from processed sugars. I dont drink or do drugs at all. I'm a bit inconsistent with walking but I do lift weights often. But the problem is I eat a lot of carbs. I eat rice and potatoes almost every day. The rice is cooked with water and the potatoes are air fried with some olive oil. I want to do #2 everyday but I only go 2-3 times a week. I know I need some probiotics. "Seed probiotic" markets their company by having a double capsule so the probiotic goes past the stomach. But "synogut" markets themselves as using clay that vacumes gut parasites and old stools which sounds promising to me. But one may be better than the other so I wanted your recommendation.

    • @JoeCannon1
      @JoeCannon1  Рік тому

      @@Omars17 Seed has more bacterial strains than synogut but synogut has more fiber which it sounds like you may be lacking in your diet. If you order seed they will ship it to you automatically regularly while with syngut you will have to buy it again when run out. Im not aware of one being better than another so pick which you feel most comfortable with. If either work you should see a difference soon. Have you ever tried making a smoothie with fruits and veggies? This is an easy way to get more fiber into your diet.

    Been taking it for 3+ months, have not felt any change what so ever. Never had any issue when starting, honestly im at a point where i dont know if its beneficial.
    I stopped 9 years of plant base and jumped into keto/paleo/bulletproof now at 2hour OMAD.
    Im not in it to loose weight but to maintain and build lean muscle, which is working well.
    In an odd position, even thou i dont know if Seed is legit, do I stop and see or leave it how it is?
    50$ a month is not expensive compared to the other supplements that are mandatory because of our destroyed ecosystem, with that said i cant fully commit that the other supplements arent the ones giving me more energy, better brain cognition, better sleep

    • @JoeCannon1
      @JoeCannon1  Рік тому

      It's probably true for most people, but in IBS, it's not impossible that what we are seeing is actually an excess of butyrate, which encourages peristaltic action. Many cases of IBS-D may actually be an overabundance of SCFAs. Yes, fiber(s) help feed microfauna, but some people are more susceptible to the wims of said microfauna. Genetics and environment play big roles.

    As for the acclimation period i imagine it is because bacteria become their environment, they make up micro ecosystems, the microbiomes.
    So whatever your state, diet, excersize, hormones... is gonna all affect them. When a bunch of new ones are introduced some others will die n stuff, they have to come to somekinda harmonisation.
    Ofcourse its probably more complex but i remember if ypu have a candida overgrowth and you cut out sugar suddenly they will start dying and producing chemicals to make you crave more sugar and all that jazz and when they die there is all sorts of gas and gasteric upsets...

    Seed probiotics gave me the worst acid reflux and belly paid I've ever had! Not only do they automatically put you on a subscription program, this crap can actually make you feel significantly worst. Doctors are right, probiotics are in their infancy, no one really knows which ones are good for you and which are bad. Your gut is a delicate balance, adding this unregulated crap to your diet because some random "influencer" is paid to promote it can significantly throw that balance off! If you want probiotics do yourself a favor and don't get fooled by unrealistic claims, eat something natural like yogurt, kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut etc..
