Sounds like you need to get that sent back under warranty through your retailer, assuming it's the same as over here in the UK, FootJoy waterproofs have a 3-year waterproof warranty

FootJoy and Galvin Green are probably your best premium options, whereas ProQuip do some great value jackets, and Ping have some good options in the middle. All of these brands offer XXXL as well as lined and lightweight jackets, especially this time of year as they've not long launched new ranges for the winter season so tend to have better stock than other times of the year where these slightly less popular sizes tend to sell out

Question, is this for heavy rain or just light rain while playing golf?
Both of these are fully waterproof so could be used in either conditions
How about a XXXL sized for Seniors ????
