Thanks! Generally speaking, you will get what you pay for if price isn't a consideration, especially with something technical like a waterproof jacket, but it is very much part of the discussion for most of us and there are some fantastic options around those top end jackets too
If there are any faults with your FJ jacket, I'd follow this up with your retailer as you should be within warranty, but Galvin Green are hard to beat, a lot of people tend to not change back once they've got their first one
I’ve got Sunderland trousers that are supreme but a Sunderland jacket that is pure garbage…. I always wear merino under layer in winter as wool retains warmth when wet
FootJoy HydroTour has an adjustable DrySeal collar which is a panel inside the classic collar that fits closer to your neck to stop this and is fantastic. Obviously there's only so much you can do at the neck, so a waterproof bucket hat would be a good idea too if it's a real problem

Calvin green stuff looks good but god it's frigging expensive
The price definitely marked them down here against the rest but the quality and performance is very hard to beat

Don't care how much you spend - never found one yet that doesn't stop water running down the back of your neck!

Stop trying to look like a pro. Throw out the baseball cap and wear a bucket hat. It works.
@@IvorenglandAgreed. Wear a bucket hat. Problem solved.
Kjus all day.
