Hello. I saw you on my channel. I am a Cameroonian and I appreciate that you are cooking eru. Wow. So beautiful. I can send you guys more uncooked eru.
Hi😊 I followed this recipe in its entirety and let me tell you all, it was a HIT! I made this for my sister’s birthday and everyone loved it. Thank you for sharing!
Hey everyone! I’ve contemplated for over a month if I should post this video or not, cause the video’s quality really disappointed me. But I decided to just post it since I don’t know when next I’ll be able to film an Eru recipe for you. I tried my best to explain with measurements and all since most of my videos are for beginners. Regardless of the quality, I still hope you enjoyed the video and learned something! And if you decide to try out my recipe, come back and let me know how it came out. Check the description box for ingredients and measurements! THE MEAT WAS COOKED BEFORE I ADDED IT IN THE ERU, that’s why I added it towards the end.
Honestly I'm so glad I found your video recipe :-) I'm a beginner because never really had mum to teach me growing up and I really want to learn how to cook our food. This recipe is the best I've come across and seems very similar to the eru we eat at home: even regarding the amount of palm oil and Spinach blend :-) haha. I'm sure your videos will really help me as well as others in my situation. Thank you so much and please keep doing what you're doing 👌🏾👍🏾✅
You only melted the spinach and immediately added the eru to it. Please I wish to know if I missed something cus we usually boil the spinach a little before adding our eru. Good job by the way.
Chaiiii chaii eru go comot so..... sis you get plenty crayfish oh...... yes I also add crayfish last thing..... chaiii let me go and drink water. That method blending the spinach wow. Please I have garri open the door I give me soup🤣🤣🤣🤣
This looks delicious! Minus the meat for me 😜 Paris Milan sent me. Can we also just take a moment to appreciate how feminine and beautiful her voice is?
@@stephanieasoh I forgot to respond and it’s been almost a year and I’ve made it like every other month. It’s soooooo good honestly could not recommend it more.
chai was planning on doing this next week but seeing this now i have do make mine asap , chai just so yummy and the method of blended spinach will give a try . merde chop go taste so olala
Lol you should o so langa no go kill you through screen. And the method is amazing cause it eliminates all the nasty spinach stems. Lol ei over taste o, thanks for watching!
Hi! Thank you so much for sharing. I just made this and it is very delicious. The eru leaves are still a little tough, not real tough but chewy. Is it suppose to be chewy. Just want to make sure I didn't right and if not what did I do wrong so I may get it right next time? Thank you again❤
Hey and yayyyy!! I’m so happy it came out delicious. And it just means you put too much Eru leaves. After adding the spinach, gradually add the Eru and taste or touch it to feel if it’s too tough. You don’t have to add all the Eru leaves at once. Or you can also add less Eru then once you’ve added the palm oil and realize that the spinach is too much, you can also add more Eru leaves then! Lol or if you realize it’s too tough after adding the palm oil, you can add a little more spinach to balance it! Plus if it’s your first time cooking it, then you did an amazing job! The more you cook it the better it will become!
@@stephanieasoh Thank you so much. I will not give up on this. Its so good. It taste even better the next day. Im going to freeze this in small batches and try cooking the spinach and add the soup once the spinach water has cooked out.
