Bro can you clarify me why the following code results in arithmetic exception before ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException Since the critical statement contains both ..

int a[]=new int[5];
a[10]=5/0;
}
}

Hii Dear , In assignment statement , always right hand side will be evaluated and it will be assigned to the left hand side variable...here while evaluating rhs itself we get an exception..Hope ur doubt gets clarified..by the way very good doubt..!!
