Unless whatever the road pirates are going to accuse you of a felony regardless.... then it's just a matter of going to jail for a felony or possibly 2 felonies if they ever catch you. And if you get away... no felonies.

When I was younger and rode dirt bikes we 90% of the time stuck to areas that you could ride albeit there used to be more but this type of shit is why they shut down more trails. Have some respect for nature and the areas you ride. I always blame there parents or lack there of.
Well trails and freedom is shut down for the reason of shutting down freedom. There is no other explanation at this point. Agenda 2030 and WEF means to make us slaves in our alotted 15min areas, without individual means of transportion or communication. No IRL meeting abilities. i.e. no protesting or collaboration against the 1984-plan.
I agree respectful behavior is always the right behavior, nevertheless. I even shut down my bike if I encounter jumpy horses or aggressive dogs.

Hardly, rarely but most of the time they’re looking for people to nail over the smallest thing regardless of how polite you are and cooperation
@@RealRickCox Actually if you get caught and immediately pull over, shut off the bike and cooperate most likely you're just going to get a reckless driving charge and have to show up for court. You can plea that down pretty easy. If you try to run or act like a jerk to them yeah you'll take that ride to the graybar hotel

@@RealRickCox and in the process you stand little chance of actually getting away and will turn a civil infraction or misdemeanor which would likely not serve any jail time into a felony in which you absolutely would.
I'll take a guess that your profession probably isn't in heart surgery, engineering, or anything that actually requires a functional frontal lobe.

Park rangers in most states are LEOs with full police powers. In either case they are still agents of the state and on state property you are required to obey a lawful order. Refusing to identify yourself to them, running from them, or otherwise resisting carries the same charges as if you did it to the police or a sheriffs deputy. Don't even try that with US Park police because then you are looking at federal charges.
So you're on somebody else's land, because they're allowing you to, and when they ask you to leave because you're disrupting them you feel entitled. Then you wonder why the rangers don't like you and can't see past this.

@offroadfails1405 did some research when I was going to get my license with epilepsy. I considered just saying no I don't have a medical condition because getting the paperwork filled out would take time. There's reasons why they don't allow you to drive without insurance.
