Thanks for watching everyone, this is Season 4 Episode 4 - tune in for the final episode of S4 next week, and don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already!
Great video! Loved that campsite! I'm a river camper! I love the sounds of the running water at night. Drake and I enjoyed Dante getting a little extra camera time in this episode! Scratch his ears for us! LOL. My favorite ever campsite was at Galbraith Lake in Alaska. I think just because we were camping in the Arctic! 🙂 I'm not a beach guy at all.
It’s honestly hard to beat the river sound while sleeping at night - you just don’t get the same auditory stimulus anywhere else… Dante’s getting tons of love today, thanks! Also, thanks for sharing your fav spot, I can’t wait to do an Alaska trip.
my favorite spots are torn between river side and mountain top. one sweet hidden jem is a site near wells gray called pyramid, its right by a waterfall that put us to sleep every night. happy trails
I like any campsite with a good view, but weather is important too - not too windy and no rain is good. I camped up in the mountains just east of your position last year on a rocky outcropping overlooking a beautiful valley.
Good views are key for me - so on the next episode, we’re going to a cool mine - that’s a rocky part overlooking probably the same beautiful valley! Do you know which mine I’m talking about?
@@CascadiaOverlandCrew I do. I turned my Tacoma inside there too. There's the upper and lower part. The lower part has a portal you can walk into and feel the blast of cool air as you walk in. Lots to explore in that area. There's a great camping spot nearby in a big field. It's private property, but the guy lets people spend the night there as long as they don't leave mess.
Well since I live in San Antonio Texas I like beach camping and river camping too! I would love to camp around your area just to experience the weather and the air and all the different smells too😁 Can’t wait to see your next video this is Big Boy Frank from Texas Peace out ✌️ and safe travels!
Hey Big Boy Frank from Texas! Thanks for checking out our channel and videos. You know what, I’d love to come check out Texas as well haha, but yes, you should definitely come check out our mountains some time!

I’ve actually heard of Pyramid but never been. I’ll be somewhat near there in mid June, perhaps I’ll pop by and check it out if I have time!

I love to get a roof top tent, however my old Ford Focus (2001) and my old body (Arthritis) just won't cut it.
Ahh totally understandable - there’s so many good options out there, and a RTT is definitely not suitable for everyone.
hello
Hi!! Thanks for tuning in. You should definitely come check out these mountains, we have lots of them haha
