This is great! I travel a lot for work too -I'm a singer, actor & musician - and love a good hotel room video work out (yours are my favourites for sure). I would love to add though that we definitely have plenty of yoga/ spin/ barre etc studios in Europe - I'm British but I've been to studio classes all over the world. Yoga in an amazing studio in Warsaw (in Polish) was certainly an interesting experience but one I'm so glad I had. That's the great thing about the fitness community, everyone is so welcoming, open, positive & friendly! Thanks K&K and everyone at TIU - keep up the excellent work 💖💖💖

I weigh 268 pounds and I'm trying to lose weight I'm trying to be healthier I have 2 kids under the age of 5 and I just do not know where to start I've tried everything I try going to the gym I've tried eating healthier for myself and I don't know exactly where to start and where to begin so can you help me with that
Shelaya Hilbert I'm a mother and homeschooler, so it's hard to squeeze in exercise. I understand completely how difficult it is to figure out a starting point. I started with a few UA-camrs who make beginner exercise videos and I picked up several books from the library for lighter meals. Blessings on your healthy journey!
Shelaya Hilbert i love the Tone It Up channel but it was too hard for me as a beginner, so i started with Leslie Sansone walking at home with 2 miles a day and my goal was to do 5 miles every day, you have free UA-cam videos and it is easy on a beginner because there is almost no floor work... There are also fitness apps with 30 day programs that start with only three exercizes that you do 10x and they build up from there... And i didn't have money for the Tone It Up Nutrition plan so i tried to find recipes that i like and love the 'Mate moto': if it didnt have a life its not good for you to eat - only lean meat, fish, veggies, fruit... I am by far not perfect at my nutrition, but step by step i let go of my unhealthy drinks like coca cola, every breakfast (oatmeals or eggs on whole wheat toast) and lunch (example: chicken, roasted veggies, every 3 days i add carbs like bulgur) are healthy but i still munch on sweets and need to find heathy recipes to satisfy my sweet tooth and let go of sugar in my life... Not gonna lie, dinners are still also a challenge for me. But i hope this helps because i also started with 250+
