Thank you very much. This one is version 2 - I have upgraded it to version 2.2 since. It leaves a super smooth finish, pretty much a planed surface. The bit used and the router speed make a huge difference on this as if it is too slow the surface isn't as smooth and if the bit goes blunt it tears instead of cuts. This is why I got a bit where you can rotate and replace the teeth as needed. I plan on getting a video up later in the year of how I cut the cookies now.
