Also sometimes when watching Owl House or Rottmnt comics, a simple Spanish word is put in the comic because the characters speak the language canonically. The words are Mija and Hermano and people always pronounce them wrong! It annoys me so much! it's not that hard to at least use google translate to make sure you're pronouncing it right! It's pronounced "Mi-ha" not "Mi-ja"! and it's not pronounced "Her-mon-oh" it's "Er-mon-oh" like come on! I'm not saying I won't ever make a mistake when I'm learning but those ones are easy and you should look up the pronunciation before you say it and practice saying it.
Yeah, there's a word that I can't remember now, but they always pronounce it wrong. As a native Spanish speaker, that actually doesn't annoys me that much, but I guess it's cuz we're already use to hearing them not having a good pronunciation and it's actually sweet just knowing that someone is learning our language, but what you say is so wholesome, not many ppl really cares about it and knowing that you do it's just so heartwarming, I really appreciate your effort! 💖
