10 years ago In China, Many people thinks athletes should be modest and polite, introverted and low-key. Zhang Jike was considered too crazy at the beginning of his career. But now, Zhang Jike has become China's god of war in tt with his absolut strength, no one questions him anymore.
Its Posible he was the most natural talent table tennis player, yours matchs with Ma Long are legendarys and It will be remembered as the best in the history of this sport
I loved that , although i am a big fan of Ma Long and Wang Hao , I feel bad for Hao after being such a consistent competitor he comes 2nd in all major tournaments.
I'd call Jike "Man of Speed"))) I never saw a tt player with such fast reaction. My favorite player. The only thing I don't quite like about him is his lack of motivation while playing against weaker opponents or in unimportant tournaments.
Ahh ZJK back this time was a man on a mission. Now he kinda looks like he's bored and doesn't give a shit. Pretty cool on both. But I think he plays better when he's into it.

But it is not so much due to his lack of will; his injury history is actually gruesome and he has been playing under pain for years. In fact, ZJK is known to be the toughest mental player in the Chinese national team, which earned him a spot for the Rio Olympics despite loosing to bunch of foreign players before the Rio trip.
+Christian Adrian Aniceta Ri looked really promising as a player, he was taking games off of Zhang in his true prime. Too bad he vanished (North Korea, ya know?)
