Sluggy jus rough tough and well originally..... ALTHOUGH I hear Michael prophet, Philip frazier and Sammy Dread influence ina him vocal style and technique... Overall, Sluggy well well original. Haven't heard any singer since, who can compare.. Pure niceness everytime
Yes back idiot ... don girl follow we! Sluggy Ranks or just Sluggy (as he wasn't a DJ). Sorry to hear of his passing back a yard (29 July 2012). This is my favourite track of his. It is a Jammy's lick of DEB's Sitting & Watching that Teddy Brown voiced (how is Teddy's immigration case doing?) in 1990/91. Jammy gave it to Count Shelley to distribute in NY.And I suppose Shelley gave it to Witty. I love Sluggy's diction on this. BTW the version is a killa! Check Sluggy on Biltmore vid. RIP!
This is a Jammys riddim. The riddim track was voiced by Sluggy in New York for Whitfield 'Witty' Henry who subsequently pressed and issued it on his eponymous Witty label. Believe me star - for real!
@@RudyPrento Well...if its a Jammys riddim...Give me a link to a song on the riddim with the Jammys label pictured....I brought the Teddy and Sluggy records when they were released back in the days...As far I know, these are the 2 songs released on the riddim...I could be wrong
