- Archival footage shot by an amateur filmmaker while visiting the USA, probably in the summer of 1975
It contains stock footage of New York: the Pickwick Arms Hotel, Seventh Avenue (House of Chan restaurant), the Olympic Tower, the Rockefeller Center, the Guggenheim Museum, views of the Manhattan skyline from a sightseeing boat (including World Trade Center and Twin Towers), the Statue of Liberty, the "C Rock" of Columbia University, street scenes in Chinatown, Confucius Plaza Apartments construction site, and more.

"If something doesn't happen by 1975 then this country is...shot." - Karl Allen (1969)
Very good vid, & very good quality. That was back when the World Trade Centers had riverfront settings.. lol. Thanks for posting 👍
This doesn't make sense, you're making people wait for 1975 ?
Very interesting and the music is great as well.
Amazing NYC
what...no shots in queens or brooklyn? you'd think this person would have at least got a picture of the iconic 'welcome to brooklyn' sign near the verrazano bridge.
Look at sixth avenue!
