Very good presentation by a concentrated moderator on one side and an obviously fully skilled expert in this field on the other side of the pt-sofa.I followed it in the parts, which again shows an advantage of this kind of getting information: you may do whenever time, attention and brain are fitting. It's surely a challenge to deal with chronic pain.
I was diagnosed with Central Sensitization Syndrome back in May 2015, after 5 weeks in ICU fighting a serious case of Lung Boop/COP. I have educated myself as much as I can by joining a men's group with a pain specialist, Ric Arseneau, at St Paul's Hospital in Vancouver Canada ..as well took 17 courses over a year and a half through a local hospital here in Vancouver. BC Womens Hospital offers the program, known as the Complex Chronic Diseases Program. I am always searching for the latest on CSS, I found this to be an excellent and informative video ..one of the best I have seen to date. Jo Nijs know his subject! Thank you! Neal
You discussed about CBT and physiotherapy (education and exercise) interventions for helping sleep management and potentially the severity of chronic pain what paper/s was this sourced from?

Me currently loosing sleep to watch this video to help with my PhD ahaa :D
A title that includes "in a nutshell" for a video that is 1:26 hours in length doesn't inspire confidence, just saying, for the future.
Considering the topic, anything less than 3 hours can reasonably be considered “in a nutshell”
Lower pain with food.
Eat only twice a day, no snacking!
No sugar, no gluten, lots of salad 7-10 cups per day. Kale, arugula, spinach mix.
What a retarded statement
Some do very well with carnivore or keto
“Explaining pain “ to a chronic severe pain patient?? Seems odd
