For anyone curious, Illinois, and Chicago especially, has on average the lowest amount of time spent in prison for rape and child molestation in the entire US. Many of the criminals are found of their crimes and either immediately released, released and put on parole, or given a minimum sentence that the criminal then does half the time due to good behavior (minimum time usually being five years). They also have low bonds, and overall it's no surprise that the state of Illinois has a lot of problem when it comes to sexual assault, especially since it's so difficult in liberal cities for women to own a gun for self defense.

Just so we’re being clear, he signed an executive order to have the courts end birth right citizenship for anchor babies. Meaning the child’s parents were not us citizens. This isn’t controversial. If you’re a us citizen and you’re on vacation or working abroad in say France, and you go into labor and have the kid there, that kid has no right to French citizenship.
It removes it for those in which neither parents is a citizen or green card holder. I think the only legally dubius part that will get it cancelled is also for those with long term but not "permanent" visas like work or education visas, which could be years before they could qualify for green card. Most countries don't give citizenship for that either, so that's not totally unreasonable.

My mother who was an illegal immigrant from Mexico stole a hamburger from mcdonalds under the Obama admin and was deported. How these ppl can stay here and protected while having these kind of criminal records astounds me .
"Why do they help these criminals?" The answer is simple. Their priority is being able brag to others at fancy parties how they helped the "poor, helpless and oppressed" illegal immigrants. Helping US citizens doesn't let them do that.
I wonder if the federal government can prosecute a state and city government for interfering with an investigation (obstruction of justice) and put them in jail for each illegal alien that the state harbors illegally and chooses to protect which is a violation? Because the state is interfering with an investigation which is obstruction of justice by the state creating sanctuary city's? If so cant the Federal government go after the people who try and uphold these laws and put them in jail? Overview of 8 U.S.C. 1324 Title 8 U.S.C. 1324 describes several crimes involving assisting, transporting, or harboring aliens entering the country illegally. Under this law, any of the following actions constitute a federal immigration crime: *Smuggling aliens into the U.S. under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(i) makes it a crime to bring aliens into the United States by any entry place other than a designated port of entry or another legal entry point. This is true even if the alien(s) in question have been legally authorized to enter. *Transporting unauthorized aliens under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii) makes it a crime to transport an unauthorized alien inside the U.S. by any means of transportation while knowing the alien has entered the country illegally. *Harboring unauthorized aliens under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it a crime to harbor, shield, or conceal an unauthorized alien knowingly. Harboring includes providing shelter or other assistance (financial, food, etc.). *Encouraging illegal entry under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it unlawful to encourage aliens to enter the United States illegally. This includes inducing or persuading aliens to cross the border without proper authorization. *Conspiring with others to bring in aliens illegally/aiding/abetting under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) makes it a federal crime to conspire with others to bring unauthorized aliens into the United States or assist them in doing so, whether for financial gain or not. *Bringing unauthorized aliens into the U.S under subsection 1324(a)(2). Unlike smuggling aliens, which only deals with bypassing legitimate ports of entry (see above), this section makes it a federal crime to knowingly bring any unauthorized alien into the country at any point or by any means. *Knowingly hiring unauthorized aliens under subsection 1324(a)(3)(A). Newly added to this law in 1996, it is now a crime for any employer to hire ten or more unauthorized aliens within 12 months knowingly.

We have the strictest gun laws in the midwest but we are surrounded by red states and that's where people get their guns from especially criminals. Sucks to suck
@xisdaspot that worn out talking point of the ATF has been tossed around alot. Half the guns used in crimes came from other states yes. 49.8 percent were home state weapons to be exact. But what they don't say is most firearms were in circulation for long periods of time and all though they may have came from surrounding states, they were not obtained legally but through theft or straw man purchases. Fun fact, strawman purchases get caught the fastest out of any category. Weak gun laws around us are not the source of our crime. Our THIRST for violence has trickled out into surrounding states. When chicago rats start hitting gun stores in Wisconsin they all go on alert for a couple weeks. But yet the gun store in Chicago I delivered to for two years hasn't been hit in many many years. It's decked out like a bank vault. You can't expect a mom and pop duck hunting shop 100 miles away to have the same security that suburban guns has. People say that as if tougher gun laws in Indiana will fix our problems. My brother in christ I'm a legal gun owner and not a criminal and I drive to Texas for ar15 parts. Literally hop on my motorcycle and I buy lowers in Texas and upper in south Carolina with cash. If I can do it for fun, they'll do it for their gang. The second I can't get them from Texas I've got a Russian on Instagram that will send you computer parts that look awfully similar to ak parts. Texas is literally the only (Southern) border State who is against it. The other 3 border States are for it. So maybe the odd one out is the problem (or falsely making it a political problem for their own personal ((not State)) benefit)?
Your comment reminds me of another factor in birthright citizenship I don't see mentioned. Everyone focuses on "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof". But it also says AND the state in which they reside. Someone without legal residence doesn't legally reside in a state, so therefore that section cannot apply to them.

Overview of 8 U.S.C. 1324
Title 8 U.S.C. 1324 describes several crimes involving assisting, transporting, or harboring aliens entering the country illegally. Under this law, any of the following actions constitute a federal immigration crime:
*Smuggling aliens into the U.S. under subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(i) makes it a crime to bring aliens into the United States by any entry place other than a designated port of entry or another legal entry point.

"law-abiding illegal immigrants"
I have family that has been waiting 15+ years to enter legally.
First thing they do is break the law.
@carlinbrown1114 Look up the definition
@@carlinbrown1114 Rapists are illegal

Woke is a belief system/ideology that prioritizes Race, diversity, equity, inclusion, and emotions “which can vary depending on what you believe reality to be. Your belief system”
but forgoing the laws of nature like basic psychology/biology.
They set them up to not be able to figure out the world and people for themselves. They got them into the habit of reality or morality not needing to make sense. Made them dependent on “the experts”.
They were also made to see the fundamentals of the world as their version of “conservative/right”. Making them go against the average person.
They made it so the rational would be filtered out. The ones connected to the world and themselves enough to naturally know when something’s wrong. All that’s left are people too egotistical/negative/clouded to admit they’re wrong.
Social justice supercedes actual justice. Social justice resides in a kangaroo court.
End all federal aid to chicago until they stop breaking the law.
How to fix America's economy is exactly this. This amount of federal aid given to the worthless who return minimal value in comparison to what they receive is staggering. In fact usually its a net loss.
They are already in extreme debt. There are so many struggling families in Chicago because of this clown.
No more sanctuary city's. Causes too much harm for everyone involved.
Anyone helping them against ICE should be arrested.
I mean they are aiding a felon so, take that however you want.
They need to immediately arrest the Mayor of Chicago
Long overdue.
And beetlejuice for good measure
we need to, the "justice" system wont
This is treason arrest him.
"The law abiding people that are here illegally." What the fuck kind of inversion is this? HOW IS THIS NOT LAUGHED OUT OF THE ROOM?!?!? WHAT THE FUCK
It’s like we’re in a parallel universe 😂
Where are the people of Chicago... where are the protests and demands for this Mayors resignation - Seriously, how is this being tolerated?
they have to work to pay high taxes.
do you know who lives there?
They all live in the same delusional reality. You seen the last handful of lunatics they've put in office? The current Chicago mayor is unironically semi-sane, compared to the previous maniac they put in office
It's not our problem. We just live our daily lives.
I live in Illinois and ya we don’t really see anything that actually goes on here so a lot of us just don’t care but tbh we all hate pritzsker and he needs to go the taxes here are insane and just keep going up because of him he’s an idiot and how he keeps getting reelected il never know because u ask anyone here in Illinois and they will tell you pritzskers a moron and needs to get out of office
Saying "But someone might be sad" as an excuse to do nothing about tangible problems is such an exhausting non-argument.
Exactly. Someone murdered someone, but if we put them in jail, they might be sad....
It's the standard that Leftists operate off of. Leftism is a feminine ideology. It cares about policies that make them feel good and does not care about results.
When you start to look at Leftists not as a political group but rather as a psychological type, it all makes a lot more sense.
@trippyzero8612
Exactly. The left operates on emotions. The right operates on critical thinking. There are crazies on both sides, but most people are moderates.
@@trippyzero8612 great definition.
Thats weaponized "empathy" for ya
Why not arrest him instead for accessory to crime lol
You can't be a "law-abiding illegal immigrant", how is this hard to understand?
*_If they entered the country illegally, they already broke the law!_*
They also think "assault weapons" are fully automatic machine guns that you can buy at Walmart
