The best thing about the Vikings win over Green Bay was the inspired play of the OL. Green Bay has a good pass rush, but they were a non-factor. Sam had good pockets to pass from for almost the entire game. Good job Big Guys! Go Vikes!

Vikings should dial up a couple trick plays and put in 4or5 designed run plays for”Josh”Darnold to keep that weak Lions defensive on the field as long as possible. Yes Detroit has a really good offense.I like our defense over theirs by far n I really like MN chances here.

During training camp Jefferson was talking about how good Darnold was looking and the connection they were creating. At the time I thought it was your normal being a good teammate talk or trying to get the fans to buy in but it has been proven that Jefferson was letting us all know what the real deal was. We should have listened to him. Jetta knew what he was talking about. This team is special. So many times in the past I would be worried at the end of games when they were close but this year I feel more confident. O'Connell might just belong next to Bud Grant and this is only his third year. Amazing what he's done for this team.

Sat outdoors in a full #10 uniform with helmet, pads, cleats, all through the ‘70s. As for the likability of a Vikings team, this iteration may just take the cake. Granted, with social media, more celebrity focus, we see more public side of athletes and entertainers, however, this group is so fun. High School Musical end zone celebration?! People in other countries are charmed and SKOL!ing. They remind me of the ‘87 Twins-who I saw at the Dome for all 4 ALCS and 4 World Series games. These guys love playing together. I say give that man a starting offer now of 3 years $100 MM (Baker Mayfield contract equivalent) and go from there -- try and lock him up before it gets ridiculous in the bidding war.
Going to take more than that. 3 for $115-120 but at least you can structure the contract creatively vs franchising him. He's in the high 40's /yr on the open market. So if we can get him for 40/yr or less .. get it done

And I would say he's worth 3 for $120MM -- bottom line is, would he want to go make $50MM/yr on a bad team or stay here for 30-40MM with the talent he has around him?
