At what level of haemoglobin in g/ dl you are worried of haemodilution and how much amount of IV fluid you are supposed to give if their is no available blood for transfusion Thank you
There is no worry about hemodilution if there is hemodynamic compromise... Stabilizing BP is the priority, map 65 should be the target.. Not normal BP (permissive hypotension)
