@movingtoraleigh I have reviewed quite a few negative comments regarding this builder and definitely this community. Many seem to be from current homeowners. In approximately 6 months the homebuying process will begin for a family member. We visited Angier and Garner new developments last week. Mungo homes and Taylor Morrison were well built.
@@ritajackson7544 Mungo and Taylor Morrison are both great. We currently have clients under contract with both. We have not had any negative experiences with our clients that have purchased in DRB neighborhoods. However with all builders we stay on top of the build for our clients through each step to prevent issues before they occur. Thanks for watching and feel free to contact us with any questions.
