Oh! And one of the high-life songs, my father used to listen to it over the radio on then Radio Nigeria. We didn't understand the Ghanaian language, so we just made it up. "Ahyeeee Umunna kperewuse"

Me: *has met Kakatsitsi numerous times* Also Me: *got a marriage proposal from a member of Kakatsitsi* Me 3: I want to snog Okoe Amarte-Fio again because he made my infertile self feel comfortable for the first and only time. Me 4: Yeah, I'm infertile, and not by choice (my body made the choice for me). Me 5: I hope that Okoe is still part of the band because he is awesome (and I want to snog him again in front of a bonfire that everybody is sitting around). And that is a compliment, as I love Okoe with all of my heart, and I want to see you guys and HIM again (and get some more embracing photos with him).
Can you please name the types of drums being used. I'm in the Bahamas and our national music is called Junkanoo. I'm trying to find the true history of the sound and the purpose for it's place in our culture. Any information would help. Thank you in advance!
Hello. Thanks for your beatufull drums playing. I'm learning the Djembe drum. I would like to know the names of other drums, the one with piece of wood to tune the skin I suppose. Is that Kpanlogo ? Thank you
I absolutely love all Kakatsitsi videos but it seem like this one is a bit off singing and drumming it's in time with what I'm hearing or is it just me 😏
The outdoor venue is the only way...but the advertising totally ruined what would have been very special...very sad, very disgusting! Forced me to unsubscribe!

Who Is Shango ?
How to listen to drumming is by slowly savoring it. Don't rush it. Just slowly sip and savor.
I know nothing of this language but for some reason it touches my entire being when I listen. As if it speaks to me. Seriously !! Very nice!

They are called Kpanlogo drums I believe. The one on the right is a djembe and the big ones on the left I'm not sure.

Jesus is lord and the rapture is very soon , God bless all of you.
How appropriate to bring that nonsense in a video with people whose cultures and traditions were destroyed by it.
@@awene4675🤣
Get out of here this video has nothing to do with your comment. You are a distraction.
Lord bless poor RickySmithBot what a sad worldview
Jesus in books and sculpture, God in heaven.. pastors think themselves to be Jesus..crucify and authenticate.

So you don't want us to earn money from our youtube videos ?
"Master drummers?" I couldn't hear anything of imagination or technical prowess.
I also don't see any white musicians.
is this satire
@@zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz354 I'm guessing drumming of this caliber HAS to be satire.
@@darz3829 i genuinely cannot believe people like you are real
@@zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz354 Well, everyone has their own beliefs so it sounds like you may have to work at it a bit more.
No, you don't see any Yte musicians. They ate them🥵
