When you said that Corey Hardrict would never be the same, that really hit home with me. I went through a similar situation. I worked hard for my wife and kids, but my wife stopped feeling the love for me. She stopped trying and started BLAMING instead. She was never satisfied, and on hindsight, I don't even think we were compatible. After we separated, she got on the CC and "dated" a lot of different men. I started hitting the gym and focusing on my family, friends and now I'm working on my career goals. I met a really supportive woman, but I'm finding myself scarred and NEVER wanting to get married again, because of the sheer vulnerable position that it puts men in. I agree that divorce is a bad idea for older women, but mainly because women go through a mental toll from childbirth that they really don't recover from. In many ways, wives need their husbands for this emotional support....

It is 100% true that men are the more adaptable gender. Back in the early 90's, the US Navy sent me to live in the Philippines for two years. I had never dated or even met an Asian girl before then. I had zero attraction to them. But when that is your only option, you adapt and change to what you have access too. After those two years, I never went back to dating American girls of any flavor. My preference will always be Asian.
What happened to Cory also happened to me as well. When you said that Corey Hardrict would never be the same, that really hit home with me. I went through a similar situation. I worked hard for my wife and kids, but my wife stopped feeling the love for me. She stopped trying and started BLAMING instead. She was never satisfied, and on hindsight, I don't even think we were compatible. After we separated, she got on the CC and "dated" a lot of different men. I started hitting the gym and focusing on my family, friends and now I'm working on my career goals. I met a really supportive woman, but I'm finding myself scarred and NEVER wanting to get married again, because of the sheer vulnerable position that it puts men in. I agree that divorce is a bad idea for older women, but mainly because women go through a mental toll from childbirth that they really don't recover from. In many ways, wives need their husbands for this emotional support....

It is 100% true that men are the more adaptable gender. Back in the early 90's, the US Navy sent me to live in the Philippines for two years. I had never dated or even met an Asian girl before then. I had zero attraction to them. But when that is your only option, you adapt and change to what you have access too. After those two years, I never went back to dating American girls of any flavor. My preference will always be Asian.
What happened to Cory also happened to me as well. At the time of being in the Army (now retired), I started to notice that more white women were coming up to me and now I'm going on to a 16-year marriage with my white wife and VERY happy, while my ex-wife who is Black is still single and miserable.
