HPN-SSH
Abstract:
HPN-SSH is a high performance implementation of the SSHv2 protocol focused on fast, easy, and secure transfers of bulk data across a wide range of network paths. HPN-SSH is fully interoperable with OpenSSH and other compliant SSH2 implementations and can provide performance benefits even when HPN-SSH isn't running both ends of the transfer. This talk will discuss the history of HPN-SSH, the impact of optimized flow control in SSH transfers, parallelized encryption ciphers, in-band TCP stack telemetry, deployment considerations, and future work.
