PSC means Public Service Commission.Appointment of govt services in Kerala based on the rank of examination conducting by PSC.It is very competitive examination and so many coaching centres existing in Kerala to prepare for PSC examination.Mainly elder ladies are the students of this coaching centres.Majority are married girls.In some coaching centres caning exists that said in the video is real.Studentd have no problem in it.Because they think for the seriousness of study it is necessary.It is a big fun that big ladies in their age in twenties and thirties recieve good caning in PSC coaching centres 😀.It is a reality in Kerala.
