Is The MAELSTROM Actually WEAKER Now? (Bloons TD 6)

The Tier 5 Super Maelstrom Tack in BTD6 is an amazing tower which does a lot of damage through its blade ability. However the pierce on both the tier 4 and tier 5 has been significantly reduced, so let's see if those nerfs are enough to make this tower unusable in Bloons TD 6.

While the pierce reduction is rough for its usual use, races. the damage increase does make the 4th tier better against single target, so it makes for an okay middlegame tower when buffed

@@EthanReid I think middle is the better crosspath for countering dense rounds since it's cheaper (can counter 2 waves in 63, 76, 78 if there's camo. It also does ok MOAB damage now so it's pretty strong even on round like 75)

You can see the CHIMPS change’s impact so much in videos. UA-camrs have a much easier time recording footage because you have more freedom with what decisions you can make and aren’t punished too hard for choosing wrong

I still prefer the bottom path, the longer ability duration plays better with the faster cooldown from primary mentoring and energizer.
