It's hard to tell completely a "sad" or "happy" feeling to the song (like Porter Robinson, but faster), it seems to be a mixture of both. But all that is certain is that it's the end of the world. And these two are side-by-side with their backs somewhat towards each other, whether out of hate or love, singing one last song together..... So beautifully poetic.... :')

Ok quick theory. I think rude #1 may be dead. Some of the lore has said things about nikku being the "only one" which could imply she's either the last of her species or the last rebelling against what seems to be some false god. According to the song they were (or are if my theory is wrong which is pretty likely) dating which makes me think he was likely involved with the rebellion I'm thinking existed at one point based on the information we have and if nikku is the "only one left" then he would be gone and he does appear to be the same species as nikku so if it does mean she's the last of her species that would also mean he's dead. Anyway that's my pretty shitty theory I guess i'll see if I was right in the next update.
I just realized it was really stupid to think Nikku could be the last of her species since her mother is still alive So I assume she's just the last one resisting this weird moon cult.
