Some questions: 1. Was it ever stated who the accomplices were and what their motivations were? Or are we to assume they’re just hired assassins with no objections to this plan? 2. Why did they have such an elaborate setup for their revenge plot? If the plan was to kill 5 people who wronged them, then why did they put themselves in a game with their targets when they could have been killed themselves? Couldn’t they have just kidnapped them and killed them all in karmic ways like they did with the mom but right from the get go?
The henchmen probably knew what was happening. Lupe and Pablo probably told them before the others woke up. The henchmen probably would not shoot them.
Odds are the henchmen had empathy and wanted the horrible people to suffer. Nobody likes those kind of people and if it weren't for the legal system I'm pretty sure most of us would be doing this kind of thing tbh.
Correct, however if you take every first available turn to the right.(or left if you like but always the same direction.)(minus backtracking from dead ends of course.) you will get out. The trick is to not keep your hand on the wall while doing it. You might wonder how that would be any different but by taking your hand off the wall and always taking the first turn you won't skip anything not connected to the wall. In other words follow the gaps and not the walls.
It's not possible for that to happen. It would potentially take forever, but there is always a path, always a way to an exit. Some part of the exit will be connected to the rest of the maze. If you constantly are touching a wall, you would eventually have to get to where it ends and there is the exit
@@haileym5912 that is true if you start from the outside. But in the movie they start from the middle. @krest3r that does not make any sense. You may find yourself looping back to where you started sure but then you'll be walking along the other side as you continue forward and eventually will come to the exit. There is no scenario in which a maze does not have all walls technically connected, or it is not a proper maze. Every wall is connected to another wall. Wait so Pablo’s mom died at child birth but she also died after a hit and run surgery gone wrong? I could just be misinterpreting what he said but that’s what I heard
I wouldn't classify this as murder, dirty as the family is it can almost be fully guaranteed that they've been taken to court multiple times only to "somehow" get off with no charges. When dealing with these sorts of people it usually requires more extreme methods to handle them.
this movie plot is so stupid: - first round they all forget rule 3. no one tried to abuse rule 3 to survive. ("i volunteer, so you can't kill me") - then when martha suggested to be sacrified, she forgot rule 3 again. - there's no way one can distinguish amphetamine withdrawal symptoms from other withdrawal symptoms just by looking. - in the real world sending someone to a psychiatric hospital when they have a severe depression, is actually a responsible and loving thing to do - electroconvulsiontherapy is at least in modern days done under anaesthesia and the waiting list is very long, lots of patients voluntarily wait for it, because it has the best results ...
I'm confused. 13:50-13:58 Pablo's mother's name is Patricia. And she died in the operating room from a hit-and-run. 19:05-19:12 Pablo's mother's name is now Ophelia. 19:44-19:48 Now Pablo's mother died per childbirth, NOT due to a hit-and-run. So what is Pablo's mother's real name? And how did she really die?
As far as I understand it here, his birth mother died in childbirth and he was eventually adopted, then (many years later) his adoptive mother died in the operating room.
there is no room for interpretation, volunteering is not the same as agreeing since volunteering is proactive and preemptive, meaning you decide to be the sacrifice before anyone votes for anyone whereas agreeing obviously means after people have voted for you to be the sacrifice you agree with it..... this is not room for interpretation or contradictory at all.
Putting a hand on the side of a maze isn't always fool-proof. If the exit or entrance of the maze is not on an outside edge of the maze, then that method will not guarantee success.
By the way the trick of using your hand against a wall doesn't always 100% work on every maze. For example, there is a maze that has two circle hedges (not connected to anything , just a circle) that represents eyes when viewed from above. When looping the eyes, you'd literally be walking on a circle. It only works if the maze is continuous and doesn't have stuff like that.
26:00 That's incorrect, since they're starting in the middle of the maze there's a possibility there's a loop in the maze which would prevent them from using the left hand rule.
hand on wall rule does not necessarily solve a maze, since a maze doesn't have to have be simply connected but can have passage loops. It can still work but it's not guaranteed to.
Maze escape plan with a hand on the wall is only guaranteed if you enter the maze from the outside - could easily be on an island loop, some of which are visible in the aerial shot!
Alight, take the curtains and pants off. Tie them in a rope, get them wet. Break window, climb down. Strongest swimmer takes the corner, gets help. Rest can try their luck or learn to fish...
The maze trick only works with 2 entrances on the outside of the maze, it looks like they got out in the middle of the maze and therefore could fail. Worth a try though still.
With a hedge-maze, you can also 90% of the time, if you really needed to, and didn't care about damaging the plants, just go through the "wall". There are many tiny branches, but it's not like a solid brick wall. And if the branches are indeed too close to just go through, you could very easily climb on top, and then drop down to the other side. As someone who has climbed trees a lot as a kid (also fell down a few times, once, I felt like I almost died, because I couldn't breathe), this is quite a silly trap. If you can't just go through, you CAN climb up.
Note: Right hand method is guaranteed to work IF AND ONLY IF the maze is connected or you start on the outside most ring. From the overhead shot there is a bridge visible that crosses over a path and a loop, meaning that the right hand method is NOT a guarantee for solving this maze.
The second and third rules are simple. You are not allowed to volunteer yourself, you are only allowed to confirm a decision made by the group. They must make the choice first
the maze solving method only works if both, the entrance and the exit are on the borders. something that's guaranteed in a 2D maze. but, on a 3D maze, that can be avoided because the stairs to move between floors can be anywhere.
The "left hand method" has a high probably to work, but it's far from guaranteed. In this case they didn't enter the maze from the outside edge, they entered from inside the maze. In such a design any smart builder would craft the maze with multiple independent mazes so that if you tried using the left/right hand method you would only be able to return to the entrance, and not the exit. The let/right hand method will only work if the maze contains no breaks, or both entrance and exit are attached to the same unbroken line.
I liked it, but there was a lot to forgive. You pretty much have to accept "Ok this unfortunste soul somehow got rich and constructed a game on an entire island". I liked many of the scenarios but it really went all M. Knight Shamalan at the end. Trying to make a Saw sized twist but just creating a major eye roll instead by atacking twists. I really liked it up until the last 5 minutes. Worth a first watch for sure. Doubt I'll repeat it. I love death game movies and 2 of the games hit the mark for me.
I called the twist when he picked up that painting and said “i was born here” like i remember being kinda confused cuz i was like wait is he the baby that was born cuz he said it kinda to personal than i brushed it off so when the twist happen i said i kinda called it but was still shocked asf than i had to watch it again
The only way I can see to get someone to agree, without it being by then volunteering, is by becoming the torturer and beating them until they agree to be sacrificed. This would not be considered volunteering as it is under duress. Or you could offer money to their family, which again would make it a paid 'position' and therefore not volunteering, but obviously not all the participants will have enough money for this to be viable.
This is one of those things that gets very juicy, great, ad a bit ez. The maze method is not consistent. Like you guys said, it only will work if it is in the outer wall. And the fact the cop was Pablo is pretty standard Psycho Death game 101: Insert yourself in and act like a victi. Works every damn time.
I dreamt I was in a death game but it was 100 people with 55 surviving and more like a game show with rich people betting on who would survive and who would win with the winner decided by points gained from various things but the rich people would sponsor one candidate each and give items and knowledge to help them no one had to die obviously but some people wanted more prize money it was a really strange dream I think it was because of watching all of these videos
@@The_Justicier kind of but was more challenged like squid game or the 100 death shows but one of the key points in my dream was they where way more deaths in this one then in previous due to a handful of people both the rich sponsors and contestants being greedy
The "hand on wall" strategy for mazes only works if the maze has only one correct route. Plenty of maze designs have detached walls that can cause you to end up in a giant loop.
That Simon twist was the most obvious one, really. You're telling me he assaulted the girl, was investigating the killer, and didn't put the dots together until much later? No, he was clearly lying, and you could always tell.

Wait so Pablo’s mom died at child birth but she also died after a hit and run surgery gone wrong? I could just be misinterpreting what he said but that’s what I heard
I think that the mother who died in the surgery was the nurse who raised him.
@imcvak3461 ohhhhh that makes sense!!! Thank you
Love your content keep up the great work
17:36 “…and use the motor to make a portal machine that will transport you to freedom…”
That maze trick only works, if someone isn’t chasing you though. This would continuously send you back towards the people with guns.
"I can't blame him for dragging you here?" No sorry. Having bad things happen to you does not excuse murder.
I wouldn't classify this as murder, dirty as the family is it can almost be fully guaranteed that they've been taken to court multiple times only to "somehow" get off with no charges. When dealing with these sorts of people it usually requires more extreme methods to handle them.
this is your funniest video i’ve ever seen. the whole last quarter i was crying. ‘slim shady and his girlfriend’ hahah. great video👍🏼
Hi How To Beat I love this and I hope you have a good day and you are awesome and keep up with the great work
this movie plot is so stupid:
- first round they all forget rule 3. no one tried to abuse rule 3 to survive. ("i volunteer, so you can't kill me")
- then when martha suggested to be sacrified, she forgot rule 3 again.
- there's no way one can distinguish amphetamine withdrawal symptoms from other withdrawal symptoms just by looking.
- in the real world sending someone to a psychiatric hospital when they have a severe depression, is actually a responsible and loving thing to do
- electroconvulsiontherapy is at least in modern days done under anaesthesia and the waiting list is very long, lots of patients voluntarily wait for it, because it has the best results ...
Agree so much
I'm confused.
@@kristinakucanda4351thx I was extremely confused
Yess finally another death game!!
there is no room for interpretation, volunteering is not the same as agreeing since volunteering is proactive and preemptive, meaning you decide to be the sacrifice before anyone votes for anyone whereas agreeing obviously means after people have voted for you to be the sacrifice you agree with it..... this is not room for interpretation or contradictory at all.
Alternative Title: How to beat every saw game in one but the people inside have plot armor.
26:00 That's incorrect, since they're starting in the middle of the maze there's a possibility there's a loop in the maze which would prevent them from using the left hand rule.
No? Lmao
4:39 im pretty sure that the person only volunteers if they recomend themself first, if somebody els recomends them and they say yes it should work
The slim shady had me rolling on the floor
Another damn good vid from my fav youtuber❤
hand on wall rule does not necessarily solve a maze, since a maze doesn't have to have be simply connected but can have passage loops. It can still work but it's not guaranteed to.
oh man this had so many plot twists! that's more twists than a dang crazy straw and a pretzel!
Maze escape plan with a hand on the wall is only guaranteed if you enter the maze from the outside - could easily be on an island loop, some of which are visible in the aerial shot!
I'm absolutely gonna make a survival movie called "Your Meat" so that this channel has to review it.
4:10 How do you not know the difference between agreeing to something versus volunteering?
I dunno either Saw 5 or Jigsaw. Its tough to make death games without repeating at least there was a substantive twist 🐢
Saw Simon coming at the dinner table. If he hasn't "done anything" by that point, then he would have to be the culprit.
Also Lupe! Why else was she there?
that was some twist! dang this was well done!
FINALLY A HORROR MOVIE WHEN THE VILLIAN WINS
My favorite UA-camr is back
P
The daughter helped him , thats why they had to show they teamed up he used the daughter money to fund everything lol i think it was a good plot twist
17:19 No, It would still work with way less power
Tbh with the maze trick it wouldn't work bc they could just go in a circle in the middle of the maze
why is the ending so lovely?
Wow, Strange to see the good guys win...
So it was his adopted mother who died in surgery????
Basically
Great vid there are my favourite type of vids
I'm with the villains on this one. Call me cruel, but if you do then you're just as messed up as them.
What?
Can you do how to beat the platform next?
How to beat “Terrifier” Pleasee
Doctor who would be amazing at this. "if they threaten to kill you, die faster!"
I like the change of music during the vid
Please please please do "Run Rabbit, Run"! Such a silly film - really keen for your expert analysis.
This is one of those things that gets very juicy, great, ad a bit ez. The maze method is not consistent. Like you guys said, it only will work if it is in the outer wall. And the fact the cop was Pablo is pretty standard Psycho Death game 101: Insert yourself in and act like a victi. Works every damn time.
this is why we don't go to abandoned places.
Honestly Marta was an awful mother, sister and person. She deserves some buckshot
I knew it was Simon when he said he keeps vanishing.
I would love to see How To Beat Killer Karaoke! Because a lot of the victims could have easily survived!
So basically hunger games but more than 1 person survives
@@The_Justicier kind of but was more challenged like squid game or the 100 death shows but one of the key points in my dream was they where way more deaths in this one then in previous due to a handful of people both the rich sponsors and contestants being greedy
@@azeria1sounds a lot like the second season of kaiji ultimate survivor
The "hand on wall" strategy for mazes only works if the maze has only one correct route. Plenty of maze designs have detached walls that can cause you to end up in a giant loop.
the mom looks like Yzma from emperors new groove lol
Do how to beat hypothermia 😊
That Simon twist was the most obvious one, really. You're telling me he assaulted the girl, was investigating the killer, and didn't put the dots together until much later? No, he was clearly lying, and you could always tell.
Same for Lupe. I didn't know exactly what she was up to, but I knew she had to have been working with/for Pablo because she didn't fit with the others: she was the only one there who hadn't done anything to Pablo's mother, so she wasn't there to be punished. So either she would have been to be some of trap (but she wasn't being tortured or anything like that), or she would have had to be working with/for the killer.
