Problems always been Bryce , anybody who’s watched the panthers every week will tell you ; daltons started two games the past two years and his stats combined for over 600 yards 7 tds and no turnovers . If you think it’s the organization you have no clue what you’re talking about . We had Sam dArnold throwing 300 yards a game his last 9 games when we had Wilkes as coach . People just follow the narrative and think mayfield and dArnold were throwing 40 yards a game because of sports medias unwillingness to admit they were wrong about Bryce young . 😊, problems always been coaching and fit in the scheme , baker didn’t fit but dArnold did for Wilkes scheme , we would be a playoff team if we kept Wilkes as coach , dArnold as qb , and foreman as rb. I emplore you to look at Sam dArnold last 12 games as a panther stats . You’ll realize you just don’t watch the panthers and trust mainstream sports media

If you want the truth about teams Check out youtubers who specifically cover those teams instead of national media heads. These fans are way more plugged in watch the games and go over the film.

Talk your stuff 💯. We should have never traded up; we should have given Steve Wilks a chance at being the head coach. We literally almost made the playoffs that year, but no, the owner wanted to hire Frank Wright and a coaching staff that some people said was an all-star coaching staff. Well, look how that turned out. To be fair, though, most people didn't want Bryce; they wanted CJ, so we can't blame them for that. That was all on Tepper. I'll also be fair to Bryce; he didn't ask for the Panthers to trade up to #1 to get him. In my opinion, we didn't need a new QB; we should have kept what we had in 2022 and built the team up, then drafted a QB in this upcoming draft, but no. It's on the coaching staff for even starting Bryce last year. I knew this team didn't need a rookie QB; it needed a veteran in Andy Dalton, who, by the way, I don't know why some people and the media think is a scrub. He has always been a good QB. Bryce should have sat for at least two years, in my opinion. Probably would have done him some justice. I mean, Cam didn't start winning until his third season. I personally like Bryce; it's just that this was clearly not the place for him, and after last game, I don't see how we can go back to him. His confidence has to be shattered. I think we should trade him, even though he's played terribly. I think teams would still want him because maybe, just maybe, he will flourish somewhere else.

There's no way to know how much this turnaround has changed things. Maybe it gave bryce a needed wake up call, telling him winning big is possible. Let's not forget, his Alabama o line was huge. Seeing over them isn't a problem. It's pressure and confidence. I'd say trade young, but Dalton probably only has a few solid seasons left. If he keeps winning, we won't get to draft a new franchise qb next year. And we will need a future. Maybe it's plummer, but no one wants to bail on the huge investment that Young was unless there's a unanimous agreement (among the executives, NOT the fans) that he is fully done for. We need more development before bryce's future is clearer.

@@clamchowder622 I hope to god it changes Bryce young . He needs to be better . But considering the two times he’s filled in for him with the exact same team he combines for over 650 yards , 7 tds and 0 INTS . I hope he’s able to learn from the bench because we did give up so much . Hopefully it lights a fire under him

Last year our line wasn't great and we only had one receiver who was getting open consistently so I thought maybe if we improved the line and got better receivers that Bryce would play better. Looking at the first two weeks I knew those problems had been fixed and the losses were all on Bryce. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but I no longer had any excuses for his horrible play this season and I realized he just doesn't have it.

It's just a big story. The panther offense was DEAD the first two weeks. Then suddenly we scored three TDs in one half, and more points for a big road win. Of course they're not SB bound. I'd give really good odds for a bold bet like that, but yeah, it makes everyone wonder whether it's a fluke. Everyone thought Jake Delhomme's debut was a fluke, then he led the Panthers to a Super Bowl, and more playoff berths than otherwise in his remaining seasons.

It does make them way way better then what they were. When you go from struggling to get a single first down and being easily the worst offense in the league to the 2nd highest scoring team a week later then you know that things have changed. I'm not even going to say we will be good enough to make the playoffs. However we will be way better then what we were the previous 19 games.
