An easy recipe to make mushroom biscuits, creative cookies 🍪
Mushroom biscuits 🍄
300g. Plain Flour
150g. Caster Sugar
200g. Soft Butter
150g. Cornflour
2 medium eggs 🥚
1 tsp. Baking Powder
A pinch 🤏 of Salt
Cocoa Powder
Plastic bootle
Method
1. Mix together soft butter, sugar and salt.
2. Add 2 eggs and combine.
3. Add the flour, cornflour, baking powder and knead until the dough is formed.
4. Take a small piece of the dough and roll into a ball. You should get about 30 balls.
5. Dip the mouth of the bootle into cocoa powder and press into the centre of each ball.
6. Bake for 15-20 min. at 180’C.
