    How long should one practice these techniques to drastically improve height of kick/ power? How many days a week do you recommend using these drills for improvement. Thx

      I practiced every day on this stuff but listen to your body. If you’re super sore the next day, then I wouldn’t recommend doing it again. Slowly you’ll work up to being able to push those muscles every day until throwing your leg around is as easy as moving your arms

      Donavan Barrett thx for the detailed info! Do you offer one on one training? I’m currently a red belt I’d like to turn things up before I reach black. I’m willing to travel because of my determination. If you don’t have one on one or group training you should I’m sure there are lots like myself that would benefit off your expertise. Thx for your time.

    Ah! We call this a hatchet kick, but it’s still the same. Thank goodness! You’ve really helped me improve my stretching and kicks! 🙏🏻

    Actually it was me that invented the axe 🪓 kick, tang tongs to do, Korean style back in 1987 they stole my idea.... And they doing it wrong....
