Great ideas and helpful, thanks!
Well done Kev. Always enjoy your informative videos. Have not long completed a pond based on your cheap principles. At 25000 ltr it may have been a bit ambitious but in the end it has been really worthwhile. Once again thank you and I will keep watching
That’s awesome mate. I hope it gives you and your family many years of enjoyment. And thanks for the support 👍
Thank you for all your video's. Yours are the most informative and educational out there. Thank you once again!
I’m happy you find them helpful.
I'm jealous. But I'm learning from you.
I’m happy you find my content useful 😊. What are you jealous of?
Brilliant! Superinformative in less than 5 minutes!👍
Yes, this is exactly the natural edge I'm looking for. Great tips. I've been vexing over what style of rock, slabs of flagstone layered? No. I love this.
Thank you for such a great and useful videos
You’re welcome. I’m just happy they are useful tips 😊👍
Just ordered my dream pond liner (€1000) Been watching all your videos. Feeling confident!
Awesome. Good luck 🤞
Another great video thanks for sharing 👍 I’m breaking ground on my pond build this weekend
Thanks mate. That’s awesome. Good luck with the build. 👍
I super love the logs
Thank you
Great video
Thanks mate 👍
I'm thinking about eventually building a larger pond here in Southwest Washington. We have a pretty decent rodent problem from both field mice and moles. Is underlayment enough to protect the pond liner? Or do I need to look for something tuffer under the pond liner?
I’d ask some local pond builders or pond groups and see what they use.
Wish I saw this before I have done my edging. This looks so slick. I might have to redo mine.
All gardens are a work in progress 👍
Don't feel bad, I wasn't thinking with the 1 I just did
then seen this video & YEP sure enough same here.
But it's no big deal we are no where close to being
done even though the 1st pond is 4 ft deep still can
build a shelf around it I just have to figure out how.
lol, Coco's not camera shy 📹
Super helpful! Thank you!
Thanks.
Thank you 😊
Love your video’s. Do you have a video for edging?
I’ll have one coming out in a few weeks. 👍
I think I've created a problem with my pond walls. One of the walls is 3 feet deep straight down. I'm not sure what to do to keep the wall from collapsing. oops. It's a small pond 4ft by 7 feet but one side is a straight drop
You could build a wall inside the pond with blocks or landscape bricks. I quite like how it looks when they blend in the natural and man made elements.
@@Ozponds Over or under the liner?
Over
@@Ozponds Thanks a lot. I'll send photos when I'm done
Great video and information!!👍🙌
Thanks Belinda.😊👍
Question, do ponds NEED shelves?
They don’t NEED them. I don’t NEED an arm. But it’s nice to have .
@@Ozponds Ok, just curious. I'm designing a new pond for my backyard, 4x11x3 rectilinear, but due to space constraints if I add shelves I'm going to lose pond volume, so I'm opting out of shelves. Just wanted to make sure I'm not making a mistake by doing this.
No not really. Not from a filtration point of view anyway. At least one shelf, somewhere will make it easier to get in and out of the pond.
@@Ozponds Awesome, thank you!
