Friend won a share of just over 700k. Bought a house, nice car, cancer, died within 3 years. What we do with what we have now matters most. It's ok to feel crap, the problem is we judge it like we're not supposed to feel down. Some days are better than others, that's what everyone deals with, it's human nature and it's normal. Doing volunteer work with the dying and elderly has shown me how much I take for granted in life.

Broke the therapists....I hope they are okay. Very good sense of humor. There is something about your videos that is so interesting and addictive to watch. It's honest. And I think we are all going through what you are going through to some degree...stress, fear, anxiety, financial difficulties, unmotivated, etc.

Hii, thought i'd offer some insight on my personal experiences with counselling and also working in mental health. It's beneficial to have a counsellor who gets you/ aligns with your needs. It also helps if you like them or feel a connection. Might be something to think about with your recent experience..I hope your counsellor is ok but also that's very unprofessional of them.Counselling is also so $$. Not sure if you've heard of "shapes and sounds"- they're a counselling service for Asians in AU.

Thanks for the feedback! I will give them benefit of the doubt and ask if they are okay next time. Probably too overwhelm with work and there is something going around in Sydney at the moment (being sick I mean). I did have the headache and nausea earlier this week too. Thanks again!

Hoping to “solve” the homeless and cost of living crisis requires more nuance than just hoping to emulate another country’s model, this is just wishful thinking. No 2 country is identical in their circumstance. Geography, fiscal spending, population, economy, ideology and many factors involved. Finland had a recession in 2023, there is a cost of living crisis there too, if you must know.
