I'm 6 months late but it looks like 17 did ex rekka and he option selected the fake out. If you hold back 17 doesn't actually do anything and you're free to restart pressure if your opponent doesn't catch you or mash there. So he did rekka but blocked instead of ex barrier. Another reason why I don't think he did barrier: I don't think you can run right after doing it like that. You either have to vanish or hit special to do the blast.
@@jupiterzbolt5078 I am 5 months late, but he did, in fact, EX barrier that. After 214X, he can immediately go into another action-in this case EX Barrier. So in this case, he did 214H~H to tank the super!

Oh danggg you used a team of A17, Zamasu A, and Baby B! I’m trying to decide if I should change baby B for janemba A or frieza C…which of the three supports A17 and Zamasu best, in your opinion? Hella good video btw. I learned new 17 stuff!
I'd say if anything ditch the assist for Frieza, it's really up to personal preference when comparing janemba and baby's assists as they both have the same tracking purposes. But hmmm, I'm trying to think of scenarios where one of the two could be better, janemba is probably more consistent considering babys tracking got nerfed, I also thought combos were easier as zamasu with janemba on my team

There are no setups that I know of where he can. The only thing he can do is a side switch from the corner which you can dhc into another super into spirit bomb, like videl for example

If you look closely at 17 you see he did ex barrier, and ex barrier can block supers
