So cool that Tyler Mane got to work with Rob Zombie in coming up with his kills. I always love situations where the actor gets to know the character as well as the director / writer.
Fantastic monumental video review work brother! The first 2 are definitely my most favorite as well. I remember hating the 3rd one when I first saw it as a teen but have grown an appreciation for it as an adult due to some of the historical horror truth in it regarding the origin of Halloween. 4-5 I thought were okay and I remember really having to hunt around for the 6th one since it was a rare dvd at the time but luckily got it fairly cheap and was very disappointed. H20 and resurrection were forgettable to me lol. I also really enjoyed Rob's 2 films plus the psychological/supernatural evil of the 2nd. I only have and watched the first of the new trilogy and thought it was alright while the last 2 look good from your reviews and the ending seems satisfying. I'd have to say the second one and the Rob mask are my most favorites as well. Amazing guests too bro! Keep up the phenomenal work!
Well first thank you so much for embarking on this hour and 20 minute endeavor of mine! And yeah, that historical aspect of Halloween 3 was really creative on their part, when they easily couldn't just done another Michael Myers copy since they saw that worked twice. The 6th one is still so weirdly hard to find to this day honestly. First, the Producers Cut was extremely hard to find for the longest time before it got an official DVD release, and now with that version everywhere, I found it harder to locate the theatrical version now. H20 & Resurrection really didn't feel like they tried anything big, and kinda just existed to exist, so I definitely get that forgettable vibe. Really glad you also enjoyed Robs ones though! Yeah the last two I did find to be satisfying, ones just an action movie almost and the last one, while it's story being a mixed bag is always up to the viewer, I always did feel satisfied by it's ending, and I definitely recommend giving them a shot! Again, thanks so much for stopping by on this!
8:00 robots, FNAF music, hmm, what could this be I wonder? 21:53 ehh, that’s not right in the slightest 31:49 F in the chat for your earbuds 32:28 forgot half of these existed, lol 1:21:02 great video, now I’m waiting eternally for Jason vs Micheal to exist, a man can dream
1:04:36 Laurie was alone the previous time as no one acknowledged how scary Michael was and didn't take necessary steps to eradicate his evil deeds. But after HK, everyone was aware of Michael and they had the motto to kill Michael with the infamous overused cringy chant "Evil dies tonight". And forgot to mention, yes, the part of losing Karen is accurate. You saw how Laurie feared losing Alison as well.
I love how he uses clips from a other movies/shows for what he is talking about Example: when he talks about how he likes something he put a clip of bat man smiling or something
I subscribed for Godzilla, became interested with Transformers, and now surprised by covering my fave horror franchise.. What's next? But I HATE halloween ends with passion. It feels disconnected from the previous entries and forced with the context of pandemic, almost no screen time for the shape, uncharacteristic actions from its main characters (looking at you Laurie!), and just overall screams cash grab. I love the empire strikes back feel of Kills, so what's worse is it had the opportunity to end its timeline on a high note for the first time! And it majorly fumbled. It may have unique ideas but even I would take the original script better than what we got. Man, I will never forget how excited I am to see the shape only to feel utter confusion and disappointment. Can't even watch it to this day without fuming, left me traumatized.. If H3 taught us anything, it's that Halloween IS Michael Myers' franchise, and they did my boi so dirty.. Would even prefer if the gigachad Ben Tramer became the new shape instead
I'm very glad to be featured in the video making process!
I carved the pumpkin shown during the opening credits
Nice job man👍

I was honored to have my music used in such a monumental project! This is insanely well done! Loved every minute.
Amazing work on the themes man, loved them!
Sounds like something I’d actually hear in a Halloween movie. Fantastic job

This was honestly pretty insightful, very solid and well done video. It was also great seing 2 Michael actors.
